First trip to Savannah! Directly across the street from Forsyth Park. Comfortable accommodations, great breakfast, nice price. Would defiantly return. Ice cubes in the guest refrigerator would have been nice.

My husband and I visited Savannah last week and stayed at The Confederate House for four nights. The room was beautiful with a huge bathroom! The B&B is located across from Forsyth Park, and there was plenty to see and enjoy while we sat on the front porch every evening. The price was very reasonable and the food was pretty... More

My co-worker and I have to be in Savannah on August 14-16, 2015 and thought it would be nice to stay in a B&B on Forsyth Park. Admittedly, the price was far below the other hotels and B&B's in the area. On the web site you can check to see availability of the room before booking. I checked for both... More

there is a piece this person is not telling you and that is we found a note on the reservation stating if we could not do both rooms for both nights to cancel both reservations, We did confirm one room for two nights but we could only confirm the other room for one night so we followed their directions and... the house was conveniently located just under a mile from the river walk area. This inn was grandiose with 12ft ceilings and elaborate entrance. The history was quite interesting and we enjoyed the southern hospitality. Parking was free and the bed was very comfortable!

I enjoyed my stay. Delicious breakfast and very nice hostess. The meals she prepared always included a delicious fruit dish and wonderful main course of eggs and a pastry. The hostess was a very kind lady who loved to talk. She shared stories with us and gave wonderful suggestions about the city. We really enjoyed our stay.

This B and B is subpar compared to others we have stayed at. I love small places where you get to know the owners and things, but I don't like taking an hour to check in after a day of drinking due to excessive stories and talking. The lady was very nice and I am sure some people like that... More

I have read this review and it is not honest or truthful. First we just went thru our inspection and we got 100% If there were stains on the sheets the second day that was after she slept on them not before. If this is so bad why didn't she come to me and say I am not happy here... More

I've already given this B&B email site to others considering to travel to Savannah. Clean and beautiful! Our host was a delight who sent us to the Crystal Beer Palace for a wonderful dinner, where the locals go. You are on the edge of the historic district across from a park. You can walk the entire historical district or catch... More

My husband and I stayed 2 days recently in the Jefferson Davis room. Colleen was very welcoming and check-in went smoothly. We were given keys to the front door and our room. The room was spacious along with the bathroom (which had a separate tub and shower). The king bed was comfortable and we liked having the large flat screen... More

We arrived in the early evening to be greated by the owner. She showed us around, left cookies and a delicious red velvet cake to snack on in the sitting room and left us with menus and suggested restaurants in the area. The room was enormous and inviting, the bed incredibly comfortable. The next morning a delicious ho-emade breakfast awaited. Her stories of... More
