Service is 1 star. Rooms, especially the bathroom, are poorly laid out in terms of usefulness. Lighting in bath is non-existent. My husband and I stayed at the Mansion for our 38th wedding anniversary. When we made the online reservation, they asked for any special comments. We told them about the anniversary. This is truly a lovely hotel. The service was great and the decor is really fun but the food in the restaurant is below average at higher than average prices. Great location from which to walk around the historic district. Comfortable bed. Good pressure shower and wonderful soaking bathtub. Service was good and everyone was was very friendly. Dinner and breakfasts at 700 Drayton were fabulous. Nice cocktail lounge. We would definitely stay here again. more
