Wow, I do not know where to begin, but here I go. YUK, when you first walk in the front doors you smell like the house is as old as it is. We stayed in the Huntingdon room and it was warm, very little air, the breakfast basket was a joke as well as the coffee selections, the bathroom smelled... More

My review is late, we stayed in early August of 2014. My husband and I stayed in the Abercorn Suite on the lower level. The room was gorgeous, beautifully decorated and had a Jacuzzi which was great for relaxing! The Abercorn room also is the only room on the lower level and we had total privacy! The inn itself is... The subject of B&B's can be very emotive. But assuming you expect a bed and breakfast then this place misses the mark. It is a quaint old home, some original features, but many replicas and it seems like it was put together in a rush. The rooms and furnishing are comfortable: you don't expect a swiss watch type of operation,... More

The Inn was very nice, our room was spacious. We were very disappointed in the "breakfast basket". The idea was ok, but it is a one time shot for however long your stay is. A traditional breakfast for this Inn would have been more appropriate. We did have an issue where the iron stained my wifes shorts and we brought... More

Absolutely nothing to complain about. We were greeted when we arrived and given a map with some suggestions about restaurants and pubs which was very helpful:) The room was awesome, better than the photos on the website. Very romantic;) We fell in love with the cocktail pool, wish we had more time to hang out there. The breakfast basket is... More

Just so many of you who were upset about no breakfast know - it wasn't worth the trip downstairs anyway! In spite of being asked specifically if there were any food issues, they didn't even attempt to address my request. And avoided us like the plague after that. Very rude and unprofessional owners.

I loved our stay! It was so personal, the pool was just right, and the decor was breathtaking! I felt so immersed in the romantic style of southern hospitality. I enjoyed the little extras, included WiFi, all kinds of snacks, Kurigs and varieties of K-cups in the rooms and kitchen, beautifully maintained indoor space and well manicured backyard with lit... I booked this at the last minute (night before) to surprise my wife on the way home from Delaware to Orlando. The Carriage House was PERFECT!!! Romantic, very private, and a jacuzzi..... We very much appreciated the privacy. I would highly recommend the Carriage House for a honeymoon, anniversary, etc....We will definitely come back to enjoy Savannah and will definitely try... More

Upon entering this Inn and particularly our room, I felt like we snuck past the velvet rope in a historical mansion. It was very comfy, beautifully decorated in southern antebellum style, and had everything we needed. I never saw or interacted with any staff during our stay, my husband made the reservation and checked us in. For breakfast, we had... More

This is a beautiful inn - a little farther south than we usually stay. They do give a lovely basket of goodies when you arrive, but after that -you're on your own - which was fine by us. There's a small pool in the courtyard which was welcome in the July heat. If you are looking for the bed &... More
