My husband and I spent 4 nights at this wonderful B&B in the Samuel Palmer room. Our room was on the second level and overlooked the front street (also had a balcony). The room was perfectly decorated and the bathroom was brand new with a huge shower and separate claw foot tub. We had breakfast downstairs every morning with the... More

The Dresser Palmer House did not disappoint! My room was beautiful with a very comfy four post bed, antique furnishings, and a spacious veranda. The staff was easily approachable and always very helpful. I loved the nightly happy hour meet and greet. Colin makes a delicious breakfast every morning to start your day! The staff was very helpful with suggestions... More

We recently stayed at the Dresser Palmer House in the Savannah historic district. Our room was large and opened to a wonderful deck. The four poster bed was very comfortable. The marble bathroom had a huge shower for two with great bath products. It also had a small claw foot tub. Breakfasts were delicious. 5pm happy hour included h'orderves, wine... More

My husband and I love Savannah and plan to retire there someday. So, when he proposed in the historic district of Savannah last year, we knew that there was no other place we'd want to be married. We started searching for the perfect B&B for our wedding weekend and we knew that the Dresser Palmer was it the moment we... More

We looked forward to our visit to the historic neighborhood of Savannah and our stay at the Dresser-Palmer House. We booked the Confederate Jasmine room because it had two queen beds and it was a Garden level room. Little did we know that 'Garden level' in Savannah means 'basement' room. Because it was in the basement area, the room had... More

We went for Easter weekend and had a great time. Firstly, Savannah was beautiful in itself, but the friendliness of this city started right off the bat when we checked into the Dresser Palmer House during their social hour. The staff were kind and helping with every question, and the house itself was amazing looking. Definitely, a must for us... More

The Palmer House was amazing! Meagan was super sweet from the second my new husband and I arrived... Everything we asked she helped us with. Meagan even helped us with the best places to eat, listen to live music, and just have a great cup of coffee. The second we got in our room we were greeted with champagne for... More

The innkeeper Colin was a great host. So much about his gracious hospitality appealed to us. Beautiful breakfasts, thoughtful recommendations to assist our stay in Atlanta, refreshments available -as if we were in our own home, plus beautifully appointed rooms. The house was wonderful to behold. The stay at the Inn truly enhanced our visit to Savannah.

After a 6 week escape from winter in PA, we had enjoyed the warm Florida weather, We planned to stay one night in Savannah on our way back home. The nice young man here asked if it was our first time in Savannah (yes) and he encouraged us to stay an extra night, because we couldn't see enough in one... More

Hey Nancy O, I'm glad i was able to get you to stay another night! Savannah surely deserves more than a passing glance, and most would agree that one day just isn't enough. I do remember the weather being particularly lovely that week and Savannah does like to show off a bit when the Azaleas and Wisteria are going crazy... More

We just fell in love with this little B&B -- it is definitely now on our "favorites" list and we've stayed in everything from hostels to five star hotels. We stayed in the O'Connor room which had a comfortable bed, beautiful claw-foot tub, fluffy white towels and was filled with natural light. You get to the room by going through... More
