This was our first time in Savannah and our stay at the Park Avenue Manor made it feel like being home. This was mainly attributable to our fine hosts, Maurice, Glenn and Red (the cat - he stays outside). We had the pleasure of staying in two different rooms in the Manor, one upstairs and the only one down stairs.... More

This was the perfect spot for our annual reunion. The inn is beautiful and Maurice and Glenn were perfect hosts. We were instantly made to feel like friends, not strangers. There were seven of us, staying in three rooms and the parlors were the perfect spots for us to be together for our daily Happy Hour. The inn is spotlessly... More

Everything about our stay here was perfect: the amenities, the food, the company, the hosts, the price. Everything. Our favorite part from our Savannah trip was this inn; we'll never stay anywhere else. Thank you, Glenn and Maurice! -AM

Seven of us met from different parts of the Eastern seaboard for a long weekend in Savannah. Maurice and Glenn quickly learned our names and made us feel like out of town company rather than lodgers. The house is beautiful, the breakfasts were delicious, the info and support with tours, restaurants, etc. was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our time... More

This was our first, but not last stay at Park Avenue Manor. There were so many personal touches that made this visit an experience to remember. From the complimentary sherry and homemade brownies to the bottled water, Keurig coffee maker and personal thermostats in the rooms, one would be hard-pressed to find comparable treatment and amenities at a major hotel... Maurice and Glenn - the best hosts you could have!! Everything, from the welcome tour and greeting from Glenn, to the personal send off from both the guys, could not have been better. We stayed for two days over 3rd & 4th July - lovely 4 poster bed in beautiful room with good aircon. The style is very friendly, even... More

Delightful b&b in the residential area of Savannah. Very close to the park. Enjoyed family style breakfasts & Maurice and Glenn are great hosts. If we ever have the chance of a return visit to Savannah, this will be the place we would want to stay.

This was my third stay at the Park Ave. Another couple staying there had been there 5 times. We all agreed the Maurice and Glenn are a big reason why we keep coming back. The rooms are beautiful and well kept. The garden area out back is serene. You can walk to the riverwalk easily and it is a beautiful... More

What a fun and funky place to stay! We stayed in the Robert E Lee room for 2 nights in June 2014. Everything about the property was terrific. Bed was super comfortable - even though all the rooms were occupied it was very quiet - breakfast was yummy and other guests were so interesting and engaging - room was immaculate.... More

My husband and I spent a few days in Savannah over the Independence w/e...it was our first trip and we were not sure where to stay. Two of our best friends from NY recommended Park Avenue Manor and we decided to book two nights here. What a treat from start to finish! Glenn and Maurice - you are the best... More
