This contemporary boutique hotel is perfectly located for sightseeing and walking to the historical part of the city. The rooms [I stayed in a deluxe] were spacious, nicely decorated and very contemporary. The bed was comfy and the bathrooms large and luxurious. There was a bar and restaurant on the main floor and free access to computers.

the Avia is beautiful and the people are great. I'm unsure how they get so many staff that seem to authentically/sincerely/genuinely treat their guests with such hospitality, but they did it.
