From the valet parking to the moment I checked out, the Avia Hotel's service and accomodations were spectacular. The hotel is easy to find, in the center of Historic Savannah, and near shops, resturants, the riverwalk, and parks. It's accross the street from The Lady and Sons resturant and minutes from other must-see places. Since Savannah is a walking city,... more

The service is the first thing you notice-it is exceptional. From the valet opening the door, to the front desk--this hotel ranks up there for quality service. Every employee was friendly and outgoing. The room (we had a lux one-bedroom suite) was stunningly appointed, with beautiful touches-extra pillows, a throw blanket for cozy-ing up on the coach, the music playing,... more

Avia hotel in Savannah is a chic, eclectic, contemporary, beautifully decorated hotel. The suite we stayed in had every amenity that we could wish for and we could tell that a lot of thought was put into the room design. The location was perfect and within walking distance of many historical attractions within Savannah. The restaurant served a nice variety... more

Check in was quick, everyone was friendly. Hotel room was clean except for back of bathroom door which had a layer of dust and hair on it. Bathroom had one sink, unlike the picture on their website and there was no bathroom fan which is one of my pet peeves. The hotel is not on the main street so there... more

Avia Savannah is new, clean, somewhat trendy and a good stop. It faces a construction area, which should evolve into one of Savannah's famous squares, but at the moment, don't go to Avia for the view! The rooms are compact-on the small side, but the beds are comfortable and the bathroom amenties are nice. Avia has a nice terrace with... more

If you are looking for an escape from the cool weather of New England, a visit to Savannah in October is a must. Recent long weekend . AVIA is beautiful hotel. Rooms aren't large, but comfortable. The bathroom could use a few more hooks. Only one hook to hang your towels, bathrobes (which were provided) and other personal belongings. Staff... more

We were guests for 4 days in October. The staff was very attentive, thoughtful and professional. The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable. Big comfy beds. Huge showers. The Grand Room was very spacious. I loved the fitness room - very nice equipment. Every detail was considered and taken care of. You must do the breakfast at least one day... more

We are from Jax, FL - so Savannah is always at the top of the list for quick weekend getaways. We went up to celebrate my Birthday - just me and my Husband. He found the AVIA online. First walk into the lobby - our expectations were more than met. Room was clean. Nice shower. Comfy bed and pillows. The... more

We had never been to Savannah and were overwhelmed with all the Bed & Breakfast, Inns & Hotels available in the Historic District. AVIA was my first choice, but I have a decision making disability! I was torn between the elegance of the AVIA or a "Historic" type hotel. I finally made a decision..AVIA. I am so glad I did.... more

On a whim, we spent one fabulous night at the Avia Hotel. The Avia is walking distance to the historic district, the praline candy store, and Paula Deen's The Lady and Sons - What more can you possibly need?
