Everything was so nice at the Whitaker-Huntingdon Inn. Bill, the owner, was available for any of our needs, even gave us chairs to take to the concert in the park. Each bedroom was so nicely furnished and very comfortable. Nice artwork and other touches throughout. The kitchen made me feel right at home.

I went with a small group to Savannah for a weekend and the Inn was wonderful. Bill gave us excellent recommendations on where to eat and we were able to spend time right on the park and walk to the River District. Excellent location and friendly hosts!

A group of ladies and I traveled to Savannah last weekend for the annual color run in the park. The location of this inn was fantastic, we did everything we wanted without even having to drive once! Covenant parking located across the street made arrival a breeze. The room was comfortable and set up well. Coffee, toiletries and necessities were... More

We rented a 2/2 with another couple for the weekend of 5/14-5/17. It is a beautifully restored home with multiple residences. It is located right across the street from the historical Forsyth Park. The Saxmans were great to deal with. We spoke the morning we were arriving, and Mr. Saxman said he'd even set the thermostat to our desired temperature.... More

Fabulous location facing Forsyth Park, ideal for walking all around historic district. Not a walker? Plenty of street parking alongside the inn. Hop on a public bus or choose a tour by trolley, bus, or horse drawn carriage. Suites are elegant and comfy. Awaken to a sweet chorus of birds among the trees and enjoy the view from the bay... Bill (the owner) is always on-site and is very engaging. It was a pleasure getting to know him. In a 15 minute radius, you can walk to 90% of Savannah's most popular... More

This was our first time to visit Savannah and we spent quite a bit of time searching for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath Inn in the Historic Area. We were not disappointed. Bill called us to find out when our plane was arriving so he could meet us and show us around. The apartment was charming! Very clean and felt... More

My husband and I have traveled to Savannah many times. We have stayed in several hotels and several VRBOs. Whitaker-Huntingdon Inn is our favorite! It is in a wonderful location directly across the street from Forsythe Park. We enjoyed sitting at the bay window overlooking this street to relax from our walks and watch people and pets in the park.... More

This is a wonderful B&B, it was a girls getaway. We had a 2 bedroom suite witch was wonderful. Bill in innkeeper was very accommodating, would ask us did we need anything. Having breakfast food and snacks available in our kitchen was wonderful, Would stay again.
