I emailed this B & B a week before my wedding because our original plans fell through. We were looking for a place to spend our wedding night and possibly the next night if we could get more time off work. The owner emailed me stating if I called and booked he would give me a better price as a... More

We were 3 girls going on a trip to see the falling water, we chose this B&B because we could have an affordable room for 3 girls. Our room was so pink and girly and it was nicely decorated. We arrived at 3:00 am and the hosts were so kind to keep our bedroom and bathroom light on for us... More

I had such a nice stay at Quiet House. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. I had an in-room massage, which was such a peaceful, relaxing experience - I definitely recommend it! Breakfast was delicious! And the location is very convenient for people who are planning to visit Fallingwater.

We stayed two days at the Quiet House while visiting Fallingwater, it was great. The rooms are homey, and the breakfasts are tremendous. The owners are very friendly and filled with stories about the local history. Would stay there again, it is a pool of calmness in your active vacation. Brenda D Curtis C

I could not find this on TA before we booked or I would have moved on. Everyone else is right, the woman is a little odd. While we were never uncomfortable here we were annoyed by a number of things. First, the woman running it is really odd. Her husband is nice and I think this whole business is his... More

My husband booked a weekend for us for my birthday. We had the "carriage house" aka a room above a two car garage. When we arrived we casually approached the porch of the main house as we could see people sitting on it...the owner stopped us rudely and told us the door was unlocked to our room and the key... If ever I felt like I was transported right into a scene at the beginning of a B- horror movie it was the time I first drove up the driveway of the Quiet House grounds. The place looked nice enough from the road but once we were inside the "Spring House" obvious signs of disreppear and neglect could be seen.... More

The pictures you see, is exactly how the cottages look, also the priceing is fair and reasonable. My husband and I traveled here to celebrate our Anniversary, on March 31 (2012). I spoke with the owners (Judy and Marty) and while they require payment up front, this didn't bother me as I was able to book the cottage order a... More

We did not end up staying at the Quiet House because I was shocked to see we had to pay full price of the reservation two weeks in advance. When I called and asked if this was the policy, I was treated very rudely. The owner told me it was their policy, no one had ever complained in 15 years... More

We stayed in the Spring House at the Quiet House B&B, one of the cottages. Breakfast was Fabulous!!!! Our stay was in the fall of 2003, just when the leaves turned. We were able to take in a tour of Frank Loyd Wrights, "Falling Waters," and visit the resort Nemocolin. We liked it so much we have reservations to return... More
