I attended a business meeting here and while I had been to the main Chateau, I had never visited or stayed at Falling Rock and it was MAGNIFICENT. The staff is WHITE GLOVE perfect, everyone greets you by name and is there to make your stay perfect. Go NOW! It's lovely in any season and the added services you can... More

So, stay where the PGA players stay, movie stars, others who have come here. Falling Rock is a small, boutique hotel, where guests have "butlers" to take care of our every need. The hotel is designed vis a vi Frank Lloyd Wright as a tribute to his nearby, Falling Waters masterpiece (just up the road). The decor is simple and... More

The rooms, staff, and amenities are first class. Pillow menu, bath menu, luxury beds, great views, turndown service, personal Butler service, etc. Even a complimentary ride in the Hardy families Rolls Royce Ghost to dinner. Contact before and after the trip to make sure all is perfect. Well done! Enjoyed the stay! Keep it up.

What a stay! The butler packs and unpacks for you. The place is spectacular with 5 star, 5 diamond accommodations. You can help but relax. Room was perfect with a view of the pool and the mountains. The only thing I would say is that the gold fixtures in the bathroom may be a little gaudy and dated. This is... More

We spent a weekend in a hotel last week. Service, room and Aquious restaurant were very good. Problem that this expensive hotel doesn't have a spa so we needed to use spa which belongs to Woodlands resort. This spa is a total mess with poor service, messy pool area, and poorly functioning steam room and sauna. We wasted a lot... More

I normally stay in the condos but have eaten dinner for conferences at Falling Rock. The space is great with good views and a relaxing layout. There are nice outdoor spaces for seating and sitting to talk. I highly recommend all of Nemacolin Resort.

Spent 3 nights in a King Suite. Beautiful hotel with wonderful service. The sofa in the suite needs replaced badly but the rest of the room was wonderful. Weather was fair bur we used the pool and hot tub anyway. It is a must. Water was warm and the infinity pool was in a beautiful setting. Butlers were great especially... More

From the shuttle service on the property to the helpful Valets (Brian the valet was super nice) and to the excellent butler service, my girlfriend and I were blown away by just about every element of our 3 night stay. Thanks to the legendary butler Brian for the amazing baths and helpful knowledge about just about anything you wonder about... More

we loved everything about it- a boutique hotel with all the amenities of the resort; amazing staff; great food; fabulous rooms and lots to do. We were so hapy to find this gem within a 4 hour drive from our home in Columbus. We cant wait to go back

Stayed at Falling Rock for a recent girls weekend, wonderful setting. Butler service a wonderful perk - take advantage of it!! Food at Aqueous - fantastic. Food at the bar (it has a name but I forget it) was disappointing both for lunch and breakfast. Wonderful grounds - if you don't golf make sure you take a walk.
