Stayed in townhouse by Zoo area. It was pleasant but nothing spectacular. On site facilities were good. We did not go in with a plan and found plenty to do in the day we were there. Most activities were a bit pricey, but you generally go in knowing that when you go to nemacolin. Architecture is a bit across the... More

WE we so impressed with our service at the gun club. I rode and my husband and son shot over 100 shells and the time flew by. We were all over the trails and their skill improved with the thoughtful suggestions from our trapper Bill. The next day they went fly fishing which was a first for both of them... More

Blast and first class accommodations and staff. Between hotel, cigar bar, casino, it makes for a wonderful getaway. Pools, safari and national landmarks, golf course, something for everyone. You will love it.

When my wife and I spent a night at the Chateau at the 5 star resort at Nemacolin, it lived up to its billing. The rooms were most luxorious and clean. The food at their restaurant was excellent along with the service. It was pricy but will worth it. They have 2 championship golf courses which are well kept. Anyone... More

I've had the good fortune to visit Nemacolin for a few business meetings in the past and the accommodations and service are always first class. During my most recent visit I had an opportunity to explore more of the grounds and was equally impressed with the facilities outside of the meeting rooms and golf course.

My caveat is that we were very lucky to have "club access". Its worth it if you can afford it and you don't mind being a bit "frugal". The Club at the Chateau offers: continental breakfast, mid day tea, pre dinner drinks and appetizers, after dinner drinks and coffee, tea, cookies all day! The butlers in the club are wonderful and will... More

Went to Nemacolin for one night in order to visit Fallingwater nearby. As warned by other trip advisors, we booked fine dining in hopes of staying away from the many many children. No such luck. Children screaming are everywhere. And as another trip advisor said, the service component does not match the price tag. They a la carte you for... More

My daughter and I had a wonderful weekend to celebrate an upcoming 'big' birthday of hers. Our room at the Chateau was wonderful and spacious. Our spa treatments were well timed in the afternoon so we could enjoy exploring the property on Saturday morning. We had a couple hours at the pool which was well attended by wait staff. Our... More

I just got back from a trip to Nemacolin with my extended family and this was a great choice. The Positives: Everyone from my parents (70) down to the youngest child (7) had a great time. This is a great place for an active family that likes to experience the outdoors and take in some culture as well. The resort... More
