Stayed here for 4 nights while going to the Jazz Festival in DC, and other places in the area. The staff were very pleasant. The shuttle service was great, and one of the drivers even took me to the Amtrak station. The shuttle picked me up twice, and arrived within 15-20 minutes of my call. The breakfast was good, but... more

Stayed 4 nights will attending business event. Hotel was pretty standard for moderate price but room was larger than most and included small sofa and desk. Wireless internet was available but slow from my room. Best feature of stay was included breakfast. Guests receive coupon for breakfast buffet in adjoining restaurant. Great selection of hot breakfast foods. Definitely a far... more

This hotel is on the reasonably priced side and you get alot of bang for your buck. I paid $70 including tax, they pick you up at the airport, the shuttle driver is a very very nice guy and very helpful. The hotel front desk lady is very nice too. The place is clean and looks relatively newer. Its not... more

We flew in from California for the inauguration and had a wonderful experience. We arrived in Baltimore late and called the hotel for the shuttle which picked us up within 20 min. of arrival. The room was in good condition, a little out dated but clean. The staff was helpful. You get a compimentary breakfast coupon you can use at... more

We booked this hotel primarily due to the low nightly rate and complimentary airport shuttle. When we checked in we asked for a shuttle for 4:30 am. We were in the lobby at 4:15 am and were told that the shuttle would be there around 4:30. 4:30 rolled around no shuttle. 4:45 still no shuttle. We had a 6:45 flight... more

We stayed only for one night because of a flight problem, so we did not get a total experience. The staff was okay, pleasant enough. Although I can't put my finger on it, it just had a feeling of not being very clean. It's probably okay for a cheap sleep and run hotel, but I don;t know that I would... more

This hotel was very shabby and outdated in the interior. Also, the room was dirty and the carpet was filthy. The front desk staff was indifferent. However, the shuttle service was very good. Room rate was $153 with tax which was NOT a good value. more

The hotel staff was so very pleasant - from the shuttle driver, to the front desk staff to the restaurant staff. Yes, there is a little bit of a strange smell when you first walk into the lobby. But everything looked very clean in the lobby. The lobby was especially inviting because they have free coffee and real half &... more

Horrible hotel. Smells like mildew as soon as you walk into the lobby. Had to switch rooms, 1 is as bad as the next. Every room smells like mold and mildew, would not even sit on the bed, bedspreads are dirty and old, GROSS! Checked right back out after checking in, within 5 minutes. This is the worst hotel I... more

I cant place my finger on it,but I don't get a good nights rest here. Check in seems to take forever and the rooms are, well, just ok. I never felt like they were clean and beds were not the best. For the price difference and a good night sleep I take the Marriott. more
