In town for family event. Hotel was central. Staff very pleasant and customer focused. Rooms clean and nicely appointed. Beds very comfortable. Valet parking good value. Call for your car 15 minutes before you want to leave. Sometimes staff was short and it took a few minutes. Friendly service, good value!

I look for Hilton due to my good luck with Hampton Inns. We checked in excited to go to Camden Yards after a long drive. We arrived at the room and almost slipped on the wet floor. I had surgery at Mercy Medical and stayed at the Hotel the day before the surgery. Everyone was helpfull and kind. My husband and I were impressed with the staff, cleaniness, and service the Hotel provided.

My two adult daughters and I stayed in a queen studio suite for three nights. It was a comfortable hotel, nestled in a lovely historic neighborhood with many restaurants and attractions nearby. Staff was cheerful and helpful. There's a good buffet breakfast included in the price, and the free Circulator bus service is just steps from the hotel.

i stayed with my husband at home2 suites hotel in baltimore.. room was nice pictures dont do it justice.. it was spotless, very clean and smelled good .. staff was great.. excellent customer service. i stayed in room 1207 and it had a beautiful view of the city it looked amazing at night when the city was lit. its close... An excellent place to stay. Affordable. Roomy and comfortable. Quiet. Easy access to the Charm City Circulator, a free bus to downtown and Penn Station. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff. Strongly recommend.

I found a bunch of things wrong during my stay. These include: 1. When pulled up the entrance, there was no place to put the car for valet parking (which is the only means to park). In all fairness, I must say that the staff were very customer-friiendly; especially upon my arrival. And, for the problem I had regarding my parking cost, it was quickly resolved in a professional-friendly manner. We needed rooms for 3 male adults and were told that a roll-a-way bed was available. When we checked in after a 3 hour drive, we were told that that amenity was not offered at this hotel. The check-in staff was very nice and contacted other nearby hotels. We received no refund, and had to get a 3rd room.
