The staff lost my reservation, attempted to give me a room at a rate higher than what I had been promised, attempted to charge me more for a room larger than what I wanted, continually ignored my military rate, and when we refused to pay the increased rate inferred I didn't have enough money to cover the full stay, and insulted my wife when we left. more

When we first got here the worker didn't want to check us in because she was on a smoke break! We had a mouse in our room and when we called to change rooms the same worker said, "I'm not going to get the mouse!" It was such a horrible stay. I was pregnant at the time. We have never stayed here again! We found for about $20 more we could stay downtown in luxury! The gas station across the street someone tried to sell us weed. more
