We stayed here for one night and the location was perfact for what we had planned. It was easily found with the sat-nav and had parking. Check-in wasn't particularly smooth as we had pre-paid and had a voucher from our booking agent; however they couldn't find our booking and we were left waiting and worrying about what we were going... more

This hotel was great for what we needed it to be. Location was Great, it is one block from the very popular Inner Harbor. The room was good, a lot nicer than I thought it would be. Flat Screen TV, makeup mirror, full size standing mirror, two chairs, amenities are from the popular company "Bliss". The hotel has a free... more

We have always had good luck with Sheraton Hotels but this one had some problems. The double beds were made with queen or king size sheets and by morning the sheets were untucked and the bed was not "Heavenly." The staff was not friendly. The location was good and the maid service was extraordinarily good -- chocolates on pillow every... more

I have stayed at many sheraton hotels around the world and to say this hotel is poor is an understatement. Around 11.30 in the evening i was woken by lots of noise outside my door, when i looked out to see what was going on they was a lady walking her two dogs up and down the hallway. Later on i... more

My husband and I took our two children (3 and 2) here and stayed 2 nights last week. Location With 2 little kids, close proximity to the inner harbor is an important consideration. The hotel is one block from the inner harbor. When the weather is nice, it is quite a pleasant walk along the harbor. The temperature in those... more

This hotel was fantastic....and gave you the feeling of safety. Staff were always very helpful..room was nice with a good view of Camden Yards. Can walk to all the attractions in Inner Harbour and if you need to leave the area, there is an Enterprise on the premises. more

Not much to say about this one. Stayed for Valentine's Day two years ago and wasn't too impressed. As everyone else has mentioned, parking fees are horrible (I guess I should have expected this in the Inner Harbor), staff not very helpful, okay dinner at Morton's...not too bad but certainly nothing to brag about. City view outside window was pretty... more

For the location and the advertising I expected this to be a more upscale hotel. Some of the amenities were upscale, like the bellhops, valets, the plasma tv, the $20.00 cost to park. We attended a private function and the drinks and buffet were excellent. The staff at the function were all very friendly and accomadating. Like other reviewers, the... more

Not sure where to begin with this hotel. It came recommended, but I will never stay there again. Just a few of the problems from room 933; 1. The wireless connection was so bad, I had to sign-up on the Hyatt's network, which is across the street! 2. The cable TV was great on maybe two channels. One channel didn't... more

I stayed one night for a business trip. In all, a nice hotel, mostly depending on the room and it’s location on the Inner Harbor. I was a little wary when I arrived, since the entrance to the Lobby looked a little dated. The front desk staff lacked personality, but were competent. I received a room upgrade, and wound up... more
