The Renaissance Hotel is across the street from Baltimore's Inner Harbor. It is a 10 minute walk to Camden Yards where the Orioles play. It is very close to a wide variety of good restaurants. Select a room that looks over the harbor. The hotel rooms are typical.

The newly renovated Renaissance Hotel by the harbor is terrific. It is lovely. It has a great location near to many shops and restaurants, a great staff (THANK YOU all SO much), very comfortable and attractive rooms, great beds, and it's own terrific restaurant. For people with allergies, you can have your choice of a room with or without feathers... More

This hotel has a great location but a lousy restaurant. The service is pathetic, The menu choices are limited. I couldn't order a dessert at the bar. The dinning room service took forever. I tried room service and was assured it would take over an hour. When I got the food it was sad for what I normally get from... More

Staying here for several weeks for a training class. It's a nice hotel, connected to shopping and an easy walk to Baltimore's Inner Harbor and all it's adventures, but parking is outrageously priced, particularly if you are already a Rewards member AND are staying for an extended period. I was able to get monthly parking across the street for less... More

I felt I was going to enjoy my stay starting with the warm greeting at the front desk. I was given a high floor that had a half view and quiet setting. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Any questions I asked were given with a smile even over the phone.

We stayed here for one night while visiting the harbor and Aquarium. It was conveniently located directly across the street from the Harborplace shops and within the mall. It was very cold outside so we wanted a hotel close by so we wouldn't have to walk far or drive and this was the perfect place. The lobby was very nice... More

I understand that the hotel can charge high prices due to the ultra convenient location (it's right in the harbor), but the hotel, itself, is just not that great. First of all, the hotel needs an update. The furnishings everywhere are scratched, paint peeling, and just outdated. This is a far cry from upscale. Secondly, don't expect that parking will... More

I stayed here one night. The room was fine, big, spacious, and up to date. Didn't have time to exercise while I was there so I can't comment on the gym. Concierge lounge was OK, but it was overrun with kids. I don't understand why people do this. I always feel like the concierge lounge is for business travelers for... More

Can't beat the location. There is a walking bridge between it and the harborside pavillion and a shopping mall attached to the property. You are less than two blocks from the National Aquarium and if you have a harborside room, Constellation is towering out your window. The water taxi and free buses are across the street. Hotel is a little... More

It is pretty simple. The hotel has aged. The location is good. Make sure you request an outside view. They have a Starbucks in house. The beds were good. The business center computers didn't work in the club level. The club level amenities were average. Limited drinks for breakfast. Good was luke warm...little scary. Staff was pleasant.
