I remember this hotel before it was renovated. Still has a classy atmosphere about it. Offers a continental breakfast with your stay. Close to downtown and the harbor. More

We stayed here in mid December - two families in two rooms. Parking is expensive and self parking is far away. Check in procedure was smooth and efficient. Rooms were very comfortable and clean - beds were great. We needed a roll away and it was delivered/installed within 5 minutes of phone call. Breakfast was good - not great but... More

I was able to check in early which was good. The hotel bathroom was kind of dirty. The toilet had urine stains on it. Carpet was stained and the TV was kind of old. I was only there for one night so it was fine for my needs. The lobby and staff were nice. Sleep number beds were great More

The staff was rude. My room had many maintenance issues and reaked of cigarette smoke. I reported the issues with no resolve. The hotel manager and maintenance man even tried to barge in on me and blame me for the smoke. After writing a complaint email they refunded me $100 of my $400 total. Really disappointed overall and the $100... More

Dear Mriah, I am sorry that you didn't have a good visit with us. I have investigated and found that our records disagree with your depiction of the incident. Regards, Brian Conyers More

I booked this hotel on priceline for $60/ night. What an incredible deal! The lobby was gorgeous and the restuarant food was delicious. The room (we stayed on the 17th floor) was a little out of date, but it suited our needs. The sleep number bed was very comfortable once you found the right firmness for you. The staff was... More

We stayed at this hotel as an Inner Harbor getaway and it was an easy three block walk to the Inner Harbor, six blocks to the aquarium. With the parking package it was a good value at $99 since parking in Baltimore is very expensive. Nice rooms, a bit loud from street noise (it is near a hospital so lots... More

Our room was on the 12th floor and had no problems with it. It took us a few minutes to get the hang of the air number bed. I still prefer my memory foam bed at home. The staff at the desk that night was Lisa & Daniel. Both were smiling and friendly. They answered our questions and gave us maps... More

I got a good deal for this room by bidding for a 3 star hotel near the downtown inner-harbor area. I needed to be close to the Institute for Foot & Ankle Reconstruction at Mercy Hospital. The lobby and common areas seemed clean and nice. The heater in our room(725)didn't work and an employee promptly responded and fixed it. The... More

Dear Mr Strange, I would like to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that you experienced while a guest of the Radisson Plaza Lord Baltimore. Unfortunately Bedbugs are one of the issues that many hotels, apartments, universities, and even movie theatres deal with now. It is problematic because they are actually brought into the hotel by guests that have infestations in... More

Before booking this hotel, I read the reviews and they were a mix, but we were looking at price and a hotel that had a lounge and restaurant. My husband and I wanted a hotel to stay at for the night before our cruise and didn't want to pay an arm and a leg. Some hotels were almost $300 a... More
