Husband and I wanted to thank Lamawn & Imini for a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Baltimore. Our room was updated, clean and very comfortable including the king bed. Breakfast was good with new options every day. Having the Horseshoe Casino next door was a plus. Our room was close to the street traffic. It took a... More

This is a perfect location for getting to the Horseshoe Baltimore right next door, however we have now stayed there twice and have mixed reviews. If you are just looking for a place while going to the casino, its OK, but the staff is really not interested in being there. The last stay we booked a room for New Years... More

I was transferred to this hotel after needing to leave the Holiday Inn Express on Gay Street in Baltimore due to waking up with roaches on me. The front desk person was not particularly friendly. After waking up with roaches at the previous hotel, I had to perform an inspection of the bed before I slept. While I didn't find... More

We were nicely greeted for our one night stay, but that's the one good highlight of the visit. Staff were nice and helpful. But; 1. The windows in our room were not insulated, and it reached the low teens outside, and the room was an icebox except when the heat was on and blasting. The inside of the glass was... More

Great place to stay. We arrived Christmas Evening and were greeted by the friendly staff who were eager to help us. We had been driving for 12 hours so we just wanted a quick bite before heading to bed. Across from the hotel just down the street(less than 2 minutes) was Subway and we were able to walk and get... We recently stayed at this Holiday Inn Baltimore..... The first night was not bad, got our room a nice comfy room, but waited 3 hours and 3 calls later to get a cot. The food was ok in the breakfast lounge in the morning. Second night we stayed one week later in the same hotel was horrible! First off, we... More

Wanted to celebrate the holiday. This room had no heat, no blanket or comforter, just two sheets and pillow cases. Told you have to request a blanket, given thin throws. Bathroom very small. Very noisy with traffic. No breakfast. For $200/night I have stayed at much nicer hotels.
