We stayed here for 2 nights and I thought the room was great. We stayed in the South Tower and the room was clean and impressive I thought. One king bed (very comfy) and I liked the wall mounted tv. The bathroom only had a shower, but that was sufficient for us. The hotel itself was very classy. The steakhouse... more

Stayed overnight for a visit with friends and some sightseeing. The room was compact in size, but not overly small. Was surprised that it had only a shower, no tub, but the shower was large in size. It was a smoking room, with burn marks on the rug. The room was generally clean, yet there was dirt showing on the... more

Traveled to Baltimore for the Pats vs Ravens game December 1 - December 4, 2007. Hotel was conveniently located 4 or so blocks from inner harbor. One block from the light rail which you can take right from the airport ( and we did) for $1.75/person. Light rail has a Camden Yards stop and M&T Bank stadium stop(ravens). Once the... more

From Check in to check out the hotel was great. Valet were welcoming and friendly - helpful with bags etc. Front desk staff shook both our hands and welcomed us on check in. Also told us about hotels amenities - nice touch. The room was small but perfect for business travel and downtown hotel. Very nice as has been renovated... more

I booked this hotel through hotwire, got a rate of $93, which I thought was quite good. The hotel is in easy walking distance from light rail stop (about a quarter mile), which I had taken from the airport for just about $1.50. I had read many of the bad reviews on this site and was so alarmed that I... more

We had a great experience at this hotel. It is recently renovated so make sure you ask for one of their renovated rooms. Lobby: nice and spacious. Room: Clean and very nice! It was small but that's typical of a hotel in a big city. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Service: The service was great - I called... more

This past week I spent three nights at this hotel and to put it briefly, it was the worst hotel I've stayed in during my adult life. Most of the time I usually stay in Fairmonts, Marriotts, and Hyatts for both business and leisure travel because for one thing, I like their loyalty programs. After a while a person can... more

I'm amazed at the accuracy of the other reviews. This is a played-out, rather depressing business hotel with nicely renovated rooms (which, unfortunately, lack minibars), and poor plumbing. Even so, it's no bargain. The hotel does its best to extract every penny it can from its guests. (Valet parking, for example, costs $33.60 a night---and then you have to wait... more

We stayed in the South Tower, which we had heard was under renovation. When we mentioned the renovation to the Front Office, we were given a complimentary pass for one of three choices: free pay-per-view movie, free drink, or free snack. After staying one night, we decided not take take any. The room was newly renovated with a nice view,... more

We were looking for a last minute place to stay and thought that the Sheraton close to the Inner Harbor would be a safe bet. BOY, were we wrong!! The lobby wasn't bad... it appeared to be ok when we walked in with the exception of the strange Sheraton logo projecting onto the marble lobby floor. It wouldn't have been... more
