After a terrible 2 night stay in another local hotel, I called the Baltimore Harbor Hotel. Lisa at the front desk was amazing, and got myself and my two kids settled in a wonderful, clean room. She had us checked in early even though I had booked at the very last minute. The room is comfortable and clean, and has... More

ist room I was given had a pullout as the ONLY bed! In 20 years of business travel this was a first. I was then moved to a room that was tiny and dirty. Smoke alarm hanging down, a coffee cup lid encrusted in the carpet, kick marks all over the inside of the door, the window trim falling out... More

The cab driver told me "This hotel change name many, many time" Now I know why. Upon arrival Sept 11 I was told the king room I had reserved was sold out. Jewel was not very nice about it - offered no apology or upgrade. The room I got was clean and nice with 2 full beds (not queens). No... More

I did not book this room, as my husband and I were traveling with family who booked it for us, so I definitely would have done my research first had I been the one booking. Sketchy neighborhood to say the least. Greeted at the front desk by the most unpleasant woman who didn't smile once or act at all interested... More

We stayed at this hotel on September 11. It was the same night as the Ravens vs Steelers game for Thursday night football. When we arrived, we were told that there were no kings ready, but Mirra would be glad to upgrade us to the 20th floor and a larger room, but with 2 double beds. Since we were going... More

We stayed here for 1 night on our trip to see The Yankees play The Orioles! The hotel was easy to find, clean and everyone that we encountered was helpful. It was close enough to walk to the game and to the harbor later that night for dinner. Checking out was a breeze and Lisa at the front desk was... More

We had a great experience. Lisa at the front desk was very helpful and friendly! The rooms were clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back! It's really close to Camden yards and lots of restaurants! They offer valet parking too.

two night stay in early September 2014. Hotel is in convenient location - not the best neighborhood, but easy to get to and from this site. This an older property that has been recreated under (apparently) local management. Comfy beds. Room seemed damp. Old, slow elevators. Beware of expensive Valet parking. They really try to push the parking on you... More
