I stayed four nights at the City Center Sheraton during a conference: two nights in a suite and two nights in a king room. (The rooms were comped because I was with the convention-staging company.) There were only three differences between the two rooms: (1) the suite included a room with a sofa, second TV, and a round "meeting" table... more

I was an exhibitor at the recent TASI conference. This was a busy event, with hours from 7AM to well into the evening. As an exhibitor I appreciated the attention I received from the hotel staff - including the Bell Desk. They quickly transferred my exhibit materials from the car; told me where to park easily; met me at the... more

My wife booked us, THEN we looked at TripAdvisor reviews. GULP! It sounded like we were in for a noisy, unpleasant time, based on many reviews here. As a result, I was pro-active, and that may have helped create our enjoyable experience. I asked for a room on an upper floor (to avoid road noise, especially buses) and for a... more

Business travelers DON’T STAY THERE. Would not recommend to anyone. I have stayed there for 3 weeks for business the price I paid was to high for the service I got. The construction is done but the hotel still looks outdated. The hotel is located close to the hospital and a fire station but with the outdated windows which are... more

We stayed here for 2 nights and I thought the room was great. We stayed in the South Tower and the room was clean and impressive I thought. One king bed (very comfy) and I liked the wall mounted tv. The bathroom only had a shower, but that was sufficient for us. The hotel itself was very classy. The steakhouse... more

Stayed overnight for a visit with friends and some sightseeing. The room was compact in size, but not overly small. Was surprised that it had only a shower, no tub, but the shower was large in size. It was a smoking room, with burn marks on the rug. The room was generally clean, yet there was dirt showing on the... more

Traveled to Baltimore for the Pats vs Ravens game December 1 - December 4, 2007. Hotel was conveniently located 4 or so blocks from inner harbor. One block from the light rail which you can take right from the airport ( and we did) for $1.75/person. Light rail has a Camden Yards stop and M&T Bank stadium stop(ravens). Once the... more

From Check in to check out the hotel was great. Valet were welcoming and friendly - helpful with bags etc. Front desk staff shook both our hands and welcomed us on check in. Also told us about hotels amenities - nice touch. The room was small but perfect for business travel and downtown hotel. Very nice as has been renovated... more

I booked this hotel through hotwire, got a rate of $93, which I thought was quite good. The hotel is in easy walking distance from light rail stop (about a quarter mile), which I had taken from the airport for just about $1.50. I had read many of the bad reviews on this site and was so alarmed that I... more

We had a great experience at this hotel. It is recently renovated so make sure you ask for one of their renovated rooms. Lobby: nice and spacious. Room: Clean and very nice! It was small but that's typical of a hotel in a big city. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Service: The service was great - I called... more
