Recently, I booked a hotel in Baltimore to enjoy the beauties of Maryland, however, staying at the Sheraton Hotel ruined my stay. When we walked into our room, it was dirty, worn out, and old. Not only that but the hotel rooms were extremely small! Our family of four could barely walk around the room at the same time! We... More

Staying in this hotel located in an excellent location in the city of Baltimore was nothing special. The front desk was friendly and my reservation was in order. The room was a corner room but quite small. The bed was soft and comfortable. The bathroom was so tiny that you could hardly move and had a simple cheap hotel shower.... More

My room was neat and clean and the bed was comfortable. But, I had some other issues with room. I kept hearing a lot of street noise and later discovered a window in the room was left open about 12 inches. I had not opened it and didn't realize it was open because the curtain was closed. At 6AM the... More

My company recently held a three day function at this hotel and I was very impressed by both the front desk staff, but especially by the banquette staff--in fact, I wrote down their names so that I can give them the praise they deserve. DeLois, Gary, Chu, and Gert, really went above and beyond to make everyone comfortable, and ensured... More

Stayed for 3 nights for a conference held at another, much more expensive, hotel just down the hill in the Inner Harbor. By European standards my 17th floor room was predictably enormous - 2 double beds to myself - clean & comfortable, although the dark furniture is perhaps a little old fashioned. Some urban street noise but nothing bad enough... More

I travel to Baltimore every week on business. I've stayed at countless hotels in Baltimore and the service I receive at the Sheraton City Center is without a doubt the best. The staff goes out of its way to make sure that each and every stay is wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates personal service and... More

As soon as we arrived, everyone knew us. The best service we've had in a long time. Just mentioned that we were celebrating our 20th anniversary and got a personally signed card from Marcus, the front Desk Supervisor with a personally signed card and gift. How cool is that? First class place to stay

My husband and I stayed at the Sheraton Baltimore City Center Hotel the last two visits to Baltimore. Due to my husband's health situation we have been visiting Johns Hopkins Hospital. He had to have serious and major surgery. I CANNOT say in enough words how very wonderful every single person was at this hotel. We are well traveled and... More

I am traveling with a special needs child for medical care in the area. The staff from the valet, housekeeping, front desk to sales have met every need that we had. Even when my daughter vomitted, I was left with extra sheets abs towels if she should get sick again. Well worth the value.

I had stayed here a few years back for a conference and I remembered I didn't like it but had to go to Baltimore on a one night business trip and figured it couldn't be that bad. I'm an SPG member and wanted to at least get some points....It's old, it felt empty and a little scary (coming back from... More
