My boyfriend and I stayed for one night when we were in town for the Notre Dame/Navy Game and it was a very nice stay. I don't remember our view, I don't believe we had one, but for one night in the middle of a city, it's not a big deal. To self-park was odd having to go across the... more

Air condition was not working properly. I had it serviced twice and still did not work. Keys did not work on many evenings. I ended up moving into a new room, air condition finally worked. I also had room service problems with my express breakfast card on two mornings. The supervisor corrected the problem. She handled the problem very professionally.... more

I just stayed at this hotel for a week. It was on the John Hopkins Hospital recommended list as I had a family member having surgery at the hospital. The hotel has a great concierge and a nice restaurant called Shula's Steak House but otherwise was a major disappoinment. The air conditioning in my room did not work properly and... more

Nothing fancy but well worth the $68 dollars per night that I paid. I would have been really upset if I would have paid the $189 listed on the hotel website. The room was very small but very clean. The bed was not very comfortable to me but my husband didn't mind it. The temperature in the room was fluctuate... more

The outside of this hotel makes you think it's just another chain, but I was very happy with the quality of the rooms. The lobby is very pretty and the staff was pleasant for check in. The rooms were much nicer than I expected, considering the low price I paid. It is within walking distance of Inner Harbor and we... more

Pros: Beautiful, room in southwest tower with a nice decor and interesting artwork. Clean, comfortable bed. Broad selection of pillows. Starbucks coffee in room. Pleasant, efficient staff. Logical division of hotel into quadrants to eliminate the overwhelming feeling of large, impersonal hotels. Crisp HD plasma, though of the limited 20 channels, at least 10 - including ABC, CNN, CBC and... more

My husband and I traveled to Baltimore to attend a wedding. When we arrived, we were first surprised by the cost of the parking, valet and in and out fees were outrageous. They said nothing about this on their web site. Secondly, they requested an additional $50.00 on your credit card if you were paying by debit. Then once we... more

We were in town for a wedding. We took the Light Rail train from BWI to the Convention Center Stop and walked over to the hotel from there, about 3 blocks. Our room was on the 24th floor of the South Tower, looking toward Camden Yards ball field. The room was large, with 2 very comfortable double beds, lots of pillows... more

The Sheraton Baltimore City Center Hotel had poor customer service from the start. Their staff has not been well trained. The reservation was booked incorrectly and key details were left out to make the stay a pleasant one. One staff member tried to do damage control but the damage had already been done. The check in was a nightmare. The... more

Was not the closest to the inner harbor but it is only a few block walk to either the harbor, or camden yards/ravens stadium. We found this place much more affordable than any of the places a few blocks closer and the hotel is very clean, modern, and the rooms were fantastic. more
