The hotel was clean and the service was great. We stayed on the Regency Club Level and we're happy we did, would recommend it. The floor includes a staff "cafe" which had light breakfast items, evening horderves, and always had bottles of water, soda, and an espresso machine available during the day. My room overlooked the bay and the hotel... More

I stayed in a room alone but got two card keys (you never know if you accidentally leave one in your room). Room and washroom was beautiful. Shower has a aquamarine effect going on, I really digged the shower. The only jab is no free WIFI and I didn't know there would be a deposit even though it is standard... More

The hotel was very nice & clean. The location cannot be beat! The walkway to Harbor place connects to the hotel parking lot. Very easy access. The gentleman at the fron desk Rakiid was wonderful, so very pleasant & informative! Would definately stay again! Had a noise machine in the room that was great... heard nothing else all night or... From the moment we arrived at the Hyatt Regency we were treated like royalty!! From the valet to the housekeeping staff my girlfriend and I were on cloud 9 from their hospitability!!! We will stay there again. My only issue is not having free WIFI. But I can live without the WIFI!!! The Hotel Is Great!!!!

As everyone has said, great location and I agree. I doubt you could get a better connection to the Inner Harbor than two foot bridges across Light Street! My wife and I stayed on the 12th floor in a semi-waterfront view king sized bed room the weekend of August 15th 2014. The room was clean and didn't smell funky, the... More

Frankly, we have never had a bad experience @ a Hyatt hotel. We stayed here for a Friday night Orioles game/Saturday morning staff was EXTREMELY courteous and friendly. 5k run. It is in perfect proximity to the Inner Harbor & Oriole Park @ Camden Yards. Only ate breakfast here, but it was was very good. Just a very clean, well... More

The Hyatt Regency is located within walking distance to many local attraction which was a plus for us traveling to Camden Yards with two children under three. The room was clean and comfortable. The best part for us was the service. As soon as we hit the door (well actually the curb) we were met by helpful and friendly staff... More

My family checked in and we informed the desk clerk that we were there to see our sons doctor from Johns Hopkins the next day. When we came back we found milk and cookies in our room with a sweet note about him getting better. That is caring! Wonderful place and great location.

Stayed at this property on a recent business trip. Hotel staff were helpful and efficient, and the room was well-maintained. The hotel is close to several tourist venues, including Camden Yards and M&T Bank Stadium. The only negative aspect of my stay was the poor quality of the room-service food, it failed to meet even my low expectations. A pasta... More

Stayed at this Hyatt many times while visiting Baltimore. Great rooftop pool during summer months. Cant beat it. Hotel in great location to inner harbor/fells point/harbor east. Only complaint is the their restaurant. Wife and I had breakfast buffet and it was embarrassing for a 4-star Hyatt property. Not cheap either. Milk was bad. Bread had mold. Parts of French... More
