This hotel is a great location if you want to be in downtown Baltimore. I was fortunate to have a room that faced the harbor. If you choose to stay here, definitely ask for that option. You get a gorgeous view when the sun rises & sets in the evening. In addition, you are in walking proximity to all the... More

What a nice hotel. We went to see an Orioles game and the hotel was just 3 blocks away. Also the lobby and elevators were very cool. It is right across the street from the Harbor, shopping, Hooters, And more restaurants. The rooms were of nice size. Unfortunately there was a cheerleading competition going on and they were very loud.... More

My husband had a conference at the convention center and I went along to see the sights of the Inner Harbor. Staff was very helpful. There is a walkway above the traffic to the harbor on one side and to the convention center on the other side. Lots and lots of sights to see within a half mile of the... More

We needed an overnight stay in the Inner Harbor area and the Regency did not disappoint. The location is great and one can easily walk to all the Inner Harbor sights as well as easily reach restaurants in Fells Point or Little Italy. The service at the front desk was top notch for both speed and polite service to this... More

I have been a regular at this hotel for some 30 years, mainly due to outstanding staff. From the front door and bell stand to the front desk, many recognize me year to year! I find this rare these days in traveling 100 plus nights per year. I have certainly had my share of wonderful suites here, but somehow had... More

The location is prime right across from the Harbour however I would be wary about walking alone outside at night. I walked down E Pratt Street hoping to go to Little Italy to eat in the evening but then the streets got really quiet and there were some shady looking people on the side streets. I ended up turning back... More

We recently stayed at this hotel (3/29/2014) for a weekend in Baltimore. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and clean, centric and easily walkable to EVERYTHING in Inner Harbour, but what made this hotel stand out the most is the hotel's amazing staff. They are extremely welcoming and friendly, making sure to accommodate all of your needs. Starting from being able... More

As always, you can rely on my reviews. Service was excellent. Hotel is very nice, but convention like. By that I mean it was large with escalators large conference rooms, etc.. The room was very clean and updated. The bathroom toilet was very low and had a commercial handle flusher, odd. There was some noise from the halls and the construction.... More

Just returned from a conference at the Baltimore Convention Center and chose to stay at the Hyatt based on TA reviews. As others have mentioned, the customer service at the Hyatt is consistently remarkable. It's so good, I would like to replicate it at my work-place. When I made the reservation, I upgraded to the business plan under the impression... More
