My only disappointment was it had listed a 24 hour concierge in the website. It was all just a computer and pamphlets. So had to grab someone behind the check in counter and they were often busy checking people in. Restaurant was good but pricey. Inner Harbor activities very close to hotel. It is right next to convention center as... More

We had a great 4 day stay here last week. The hotel is in an excellent location. We went to a baseball game at Camden Yards and it is a relatively short walk from the Hyatt. Also, if you want to see Fort McHenry, there is a free shuttle service called the Charm City Circulator that a has a stop very... More

The location is good and the staff are very friendly so my ratings are related to the room. I attached two pictures that to me doesn't represent a hotel that wants to be the best. The location near the parks is awesome, but I would think that other hotels in the area might have better rooms.

Recently spent one night at the Hyatt downtown Baltimore. The hotel is in a great location. Easy access to restaurants, waterfront and Orioles Park. I was upgraded to a suite on the top floor, which was very nice. Great views and plenty of room to spread out. I just hate I was only in town for one night. I found... More

The selection of the hotel for our recent stay was simply due to my conference being held at this facility. The hotel is obviously an older generation, however, it has been well maintained. The lobby area and common areas have gone through a renovation and when walking in my wife commented that "it smells so good in here". We found... More

The location is spectacular! The hotel is a bit dated and service was average. However, I was impressed with the new hotel manager, recently transferred from the Anaheim Hyatt Regency, who was highly visible and exhibited a most caring attitude to make things better. I met him in the Regency Club and he spoke with pride about planned renovations to... More

Stayed for a night on the inner harbor. The room was very good, the staff very friendly and attentive. Food seemed a bit over priced ($50.00 for 2 for breakfast) The major issue I have is at $300 per night they could have water in the room. Had to go to the bar after 10 pm just to get water... More

The hotel was clean and the service was great. We stayed on the Regency Club Level and we're happy we did, would recommend it. The floor includes a staff "cafe" which had light breakfast items, evening horderves, and always had bottles of water, soda, and an espresso machine available during the day. My room overlooked the bay and the hotel... More

I stayed in a room alone but got two card keys (you never know if you accidentally leave one in your room). Room and washroom was beautiful. Shower has a aquamarine effect going on, I really digged the shower. The only jab is no free WIFI and I didn't know there would be a deposit even though it is standard... More

The hotel was very nice & clean. The location cannot be beat! The walkway to Harbor place connects to the hotel parking lot. Very easy access. The gentleman at the fron desk Rakiid was wonderful, so very pleasant & informative! Would definately stay again! Had a noise machine in the room that was great... heard nothing else all night or...
