The good part can be summarized as proximity to the waterfront (restaurants, shops, walks, jogging) and the well equipped gym which is 24/7. The infrastructure is aged, reminiscent of the 80' or 70's: a temple of concrete, but with thin walls between the rooms, and poorly isolated doors. You can hear everything. Customer service is poor. Asked to check out... More

We arrived early. Hoped to check-in our luggage with concierge and leave for a little sightseeing. Instead counter staff offered to check us in immediately. Wonderful ! Room was clean, large and very comfortable. The view of the harbour was delightful. The hotel was undergoing some renovations but it wasn't too inconvenient for the guests. Expect the renovations to be... More

For this to be a Regency I was expecting a lot more from them. The parking was okay for self parking, and when you first walk into the building the decorum is gorgeous. However, when we got to the room its was a big let down. It looked like they put more money into doing the lobby than the rooms.... More

We just returned last night from staying at the Hyatt this week July 2014. I had called the night before our stay to ask if we can park the car and then sightsee. She said of course and I may even get to check in early. We arrived at 12:45pm and we were able to check in early. That was... More

Decent location across from inner harbor. This building is dated and run down. Parking garage is not super convenient but they offer valet-$28 vs $40. There were many stains on carpet. Bathroom counters were not wiped well- toothpaste/ soap build up in crevices and hair on floor. Bedding looked crisp and clean. Nice noise machine- needed to drowned out traffic... More

We stayed at the Hyatt July 7-8. Due to some snafu with tickets to the "On the Run" concert, we ended up with tickets in Baltimore. It was arguably the best "mistake" I've ever encountered. My granddaughter and great niece, both 16, had never been to the Harbor so it was a great opportunity to see it and experience a... More

Even $50/night motels provide free internet service. But Hyatt wants their $10/night pound of flesh. My overnight parking was met with a $43 fee. I had to argue that it should "only" be $28. Is it really too much to ask to not be nickel & dimed to death? And the rooms are okay. Nothing great. I've been to Sleep... More

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of days in June for a business convention. I was amazed by how friendly the staff members were. Everyone from the front desk and the phone operator to the valets and the bellman went out of their way to be helpful. The hotel is in a great location for access to the... More

Just a wonderful 3 day get away. I broke my foot so the beach was out of the question. So for the 4th we decided to go to the inner harbor. Couldn't have made a better choice. Starting right with the check in. I travel a lot and not sure if I ever met anyone nicer than Erin. She was... More

Just stayed for the 4th of July. The hotel is the perfect location if you want to be at the harbor. There is a walkway right out the door connecting right to the shops/restaurants in the harbor. The room was great, clean and very large. We did not pay for a harbor view but could still see some of it... More
