Although an older hotel, we visited Baltimore to attend the Preakness. We loved the location, Hotel was neat, clean, staff was exceptional. It was a great experiance, one of the nicer Holiday Inns we have stayed at.

The hotel was OK. It was in walking distance to the Inner Harbor. It needs some help in the housekeeping department though. Our group just stayed at the Holiday Inn-Inner Harbor this weekend and had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The hospitality, setting, cleanliness, restaurant and location were expeptional for what we needed, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place in the inner harbor. Staff were very courteous as well for any request you had.

A Holiday Inn about 30 minutes away was overbooked and transferred me to this location. I got to the room and the thermostat was set at 61 degrees, freezing! Then, when I go to move over the safety latch on the door, it was not there. I called the front desk and they told me they had no other rooms.

Stayed here one night while attending a baseball game. Location is great, never heard the noise other reviewers talk about. Room was large and comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel is easy walking distance to the inner harbor restaurant and shopping area. Parking is under the hotel and cost $25/night. The rooms are large and the beds comfy.
