We stayed at the Intercontinental, soon to be the Royal Sonesta over Memorial Day weekend. As ambassador members, we are used to excellent service and the manager at check in advised us of the change over to Royal Sonesta and encouraged us to continue to stay at this property once new management takes over. The owners will remain the same,... More

The beds in this place are amazing! So comfy, feathery, luxurious. BUT, stained which I was not expecting. Not sure if someone had their nature but there were red spots on our bed. Look at the pictures to verify. Very overpriced. I have been at $50 a night motels with bigger rooms and more to offer. The room was small... More

As of may 24, was informed it will change to a royal Sonoma hotel and leave the igh brand. Supposedly they will invest 110 million in a whole upgrade. Be sure to confirm long term reservations. Good location but hard to get to due to confusing road construction all around.

My husband and I, as well as, two friends, recently stayed at this hotel for several days. The staff was exceptional, assisting us from suggesting eateries, to places of interest, to getting us transportation. The front desk (Robert and Jessica), the Explorer Lounge (Cameron and Ashleigh) and the lifeguard (Johnny) were like family, helping us whenever we asked for it.... More

We visited over Mother's Day weekend for two nights. I thought this hotel was beautiful and so so convenient to the harbor and the Circulator bus (?). We were fortunate to have points through my stays with Holiday Inns that our visit was free. We are a family of 4 with two teenagers, and the room was plenty big with... More

Just a one night stay on a family excursion to Baltimore. Very nice and clean. Pretty good location if you want to visit the science museum or most things on the Inner Harbor. Can't give it 5 star for several reasons. First, the cost for "incidentals" ($3 per can of soda, $14 for two eggs in the morning) were a... More

Upscale Hotel with friendly staff and very comfortable room. Melted in a King size bed with a beautiful view of the harbor and the Legg Mason building. Very clean and well kept. Highly recommend this hotel and well worth the price.

I have stayed at the Hotel five times but will not visit it again. My chicken Caesar salad at lunch was inedible and the food which was edible was substandard and very expensive. The housekeeping is substandard - mold along the shower door and non daily vacuuming if the floors. The coffee shop is average at best.

Havent stayed at the new Four Seasons. But the intercon was the best in Baltimore. Service was good, rooms decent. Only 3 stars as it is tired. But i will stay herevagain if in Baltimore on business (and the Four Seasons isnt on my approved hotel list).
