We arrived Fri. evening before the preakness race. Check in was a breeze. Our room safe did not work properly, hotel maintenance came immediately to fix it. He was very friendly and pleasant. Rooms were clean and I am very picky about that.If you put your housekeeping tag on the door , they will clean again for you the next day.The... more

Upon arriving to the hotel, we joined the many guests standing around in the lobby waiting for our rooms to be ready, this was at 6PM, 3 hours after our check-in time. Finally we were checked in by the less-than-friendly front desk staff, and went up to our rooms. We found used condoms in the trash can in one of... more

Room was in disrepair and telling the hotel did not good. Door would not even lock. Housekeeping did not replenish toilet paper or kleenex and calls to the front desk provided no results. Housekeeping had not cleaned the floors or rugs in quite a while. Security was a major concern. Both of my sisters were threatened by a drunk and... more

While I was concerned to stay here after reading the reviews I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and courtesy at this hotel. The shuttle was easy to get and took you right into Inner Harbor and Camden Yards, so we did not have to fight the traffic or deal with finding parking. The hotel staff was very friendly and... more

Our room was quite large, but there were problems with the service. After repeated requests to the front desk for bed linens for the pull-out sofa, we finally had to go down to the front desk and get them ourselves. The TV didn't work, although that was fixed the next day. The water pressure in the shower was poor. The... more

The Hotel rooms themselves are better than average; however, the location and parking are horrible. The Greyhound Bus Terminal is attached directly to the hotel; therefore, folks not staying at the hotel tend to wander around the front door and in the parking area. There is also not enough parking available for hotel guests. While we were there, one guest... more

The Hotel has been recently renovated and looks great. But I did not know that it was connected to the Bus Terminal, which was quite filthy from the outside. It takes so much away from the newly rennovated hotel. Plus since it is located in the middle of the hood - the travel center just gives it a creepy transient... more

I just got back from staying at this hotel. I travel for my job and I have never been to Baltimore before, however I was suprised that I was able to find my way around and not get lost on the way to my hotel. The service at the hotel was great and I have no problems with them at... more

I had no complaints about service for this hotel. My room was clean and well-ventilated. However, the hotel is parked beside the noisy I-95, and attached to a slightly scuzzy bus terminal. The hotel was also tricky to find for visitors unfamiliar with the Baltimore area. Still, the price made up for a lot of the downsides, so I do... more
