The desk people were very friendly/ helpful. The breakfast buffet was an unexpected supprise. I had an appointment at John Hopkins. The shuttle driver knew exactly where to go, everything worked out great. I read other reviews of this hotel & almost changed my reservation because of them. Stayed at this hotel for the preakness weekend. We arrived at 9 amand our bags were placed in a locked room untill check in time.
