Visited Baltimore Best Western Hotel & Conference Center on Jun 17 and enjoyed the stay. This was our second stay at the hotel and we were not disappointed either time. The lobby was nicely decorated and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the high speed internet worked fine. We enjoyed the pool which... more

Came for the first time to Baltimore to celebrate our 35 anniversary. Had a rate in mind and it was met. The hotel is right off the interstate but you never hear any noise. The hotel had great service, friendly staff, a free shuttle to the inner harbor and conference center and probably the best thing of all was the... more

The desk people were very friendly/ helpful. The breakfast buffet was an unexpected supprise. I had an appointment at John Hopkins. The shuttle driver knew exactly where to go, everything worked out great. I read other reviews of this hotel & almost changed my reservation because of them. My experience at this hotel was better than average. more

Stayed at this hotel for the preakness weekend. We arrived at 9 amand our bags were placed in a locked room untill check in time. We still received the free breakfast and use of the shuttle even before our checkin time. Received everything that was promissed. Hourly shuttle to inner harbor was wonderfull. Very polite and friendly drivers. Rooms were... more

What a great hotel to stay at if you are planning a visit to the Inner Harbor in Baltimore, Md. We just got back from a 2 night stay. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the Inner Harbor, but the free shuttle that takes you back and forth is great. The price of $93.00 for a queen sized room... more

I was there with my wife and 3 grandkids. For $98 (AARP discount), you get a heated pool, a gym, a sauna, a hot tub, free wifi, free breakfast, and free shuttle service to the Inner Harbor. I think this is a GREAT deal, and we'll be back. The room was clean, and the staff were extremely helpful with directions... more

After reading a couple reviews on this site before heading down to the hotel, i was alittle worried, but as far as the actual hotel, this place is not to bad other than being located right outside the actual city and a 2 or 3 mile ride to the harbor. The hotel in connected to a baltimore bus center and... more

This is a very nasty and unhealthy hotel. Management doesn't care, the front desk staff are ghetto and trifling. I had my bridal party stay there along with other guest of the wedding and we did not get into our rooms until 4:00 am the morning of the wedding after being there since 10:00 pm after the rehearsal, trying to... more

Just returned from out weekend in Baltimore and will NEVER stay at the Best Western again. On paper the hotel sounds great, free shuttle to the Inner Harbor, free hot breakfast, too bad it didn't live up to it's billing. First off if you don't have a car it is a $40 cab ride from the airport (shuttles may save... more
