The wife and I ran up to Baltimore from north Carolina for a weekend trip and got a great price on priceline. Knowing we were two blocks from the harbor, we were thrilled! Until we got there and saw two night clubs within 50 feet from the front door. BOTH nights there was massive noises, screaming, revving of motorcycles, and... More

We arrived in town extremely early on Friday and they quickly accommodated us with an open room. The room was very clean, spacious, and quiet. The front desk personnel called within a half hour of check in to make sure the room was to our liking and were very polite. We especially liked the prompt valet service and the great... More

I'm interested by all the recent negative reviews, because we didn't experience any of those problems. This is a very nice place for a family to stay. It's not a 5-star luxury hotel, but it's also not the type of motor hotel you'd find off the interstate. It's in a lovely high-ceilinged building just a couple of blocks from the... More

Thank You for the very honest review. I really appreciate your thoughts and feedback and will do our best to fix the things that we're able to control. In fact, I am in the process of getting pricing to replace the mattresses in the sofa sleepers! I look forward to seeing you on your next trip to Baltimore! Jason Curtis... More

Complete opposite of what I typically find at a Marriott Suites property. Contacted the property, but no response.

A nice little hotel only a short stroll from the inner harbor. The desk staff is very helpful and took extra time to explain all the neighborhoods and sites to see. Other reviews spoke of location and people hanging out in the street, it is a city and like any other city you don't walk around with money taped to... More

Check in process was painful with Debra, Assistant General Manager. Had to request sheet change upon room check-in. Horrendous odor throughout the lobby area during our stay. One of the elevators was out of service during our stay which delayed service. I would go into detail, but I have written Palmetto Hospitality with full disclosure of our experience. DO NOT... More

I stayed at the Fairfield inn & Suits for one night. I redeemed rewards points for which I would like to be reimbursed. The service and the rooms are absolutely horrendous. I will never stay here again. The hotel is a converted bank. The lobby is very interesting as it has the original marble from its days as a bank.... More

Spent 2 nights here on business- very stately old bank building, rooms were neat and clean, nothing extraordinary but what I expected. Location good, short 2 block walk to Inner Harbor (which although still nice has a bit of a run own feel to it as well as some apparently tough street kids hanging out) . Good inxpensive Italian restaurant(Supanos... More

We have traveled ALOT and have never encountered such a genuine staff at a hotel...from the front desk folks (shout out to Edwin & Jeffery) to the valets & hotel managers, all we so nice. We parked our car & the front desk arranged for a complimentary restaurant shuttle to pick us up and return us back to the hotel... More

Hotel is std. SHS design, form and function. Our stay was fine and the location is why you come here. At the corner of Pratt and Commerce St., there is an outdoor parking lot that is 25% cheaper than hotel and can fit my van (>6'6" tall).
