Not only is the hotel in a really cool building (an old bank building with the vault downstairs still in use as a conference room), but the room was great. We decided to stay here due to its proximity to the Inner Harbor and Camden Yards. The price was reasonable compared to others in the area, although please note that parking was valet only and ran $28 per night. The area was safe and well lit, and surprisingly quiet despite being downtown, with a few sirens from time to time.... more

Stayed the first night of our trip here to accomodate our grandchildren. I'm not sure why the street noise can be heard so well, but it is really bad. Our room was across the street from a nightclub and the noise was till 3 or 4 in the morning. Would not stay there again because of that. more

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations. It's lovely, has a nice staff and fabulous location. Only 2 blocks to the Inner Harbor, and a short walk to Camden Yards. Very nice free breakfast buffet as well. more

I can't think of anything bad to say about this hotel other than the windows could use another pane to better soundproof against city noises...but then again that's what you'd expect staying in the city.
