The hotel staff was exceptional, very friendly and willing to help out with whatever was needed. Good location for sightseeing in Inner Harbor. Great restaurant (Supranos) within a block of the hotel.

Good location, convenient to Inner Harbor Overall good service. Excellent breakfast included. Two issues: 1. The small arrival area out front was filled with cars. We had to pulled into a side street. The luggage we needed was unpacked in the middle of the street and loaded on a cart. Also in the street I had to negotiate with parking... More

Went up to the Residence Inn for a Bachelorette weekend with a handful of girlfriends. It was an excellent experience! The room was magnificent, spacious, and worth every penny. The staff was polite, helpful, and accommodating. I would definitely return!

I write this unsolicited email about my January 2016 stay at the Residence Inn Marriott in Baltimore. My visit for a court trial was scheduled for 3 days from Wednesday through Friday in late January, and during that stay we learned the Blizzard of 2016 was going to hit Baltimore with up to 2 feet of snow beginning Friday afternoon. By... More

This is a very nice Hotel. I stayed here a few times and it was always very clean and comfortable. It is for the long term folks but one night or weekend it great. Close to the Baltimore Harbor and other attractions .. Management is excellent and the breakfast is delicious

I stayed there for business 20-22 Jan 2016. The location is great...close to the Inner Harbor and all the great attractions and restaurants. The staff is professional and very friendly. The rooms are nice and modern, with all the amenities you'd expect in a Residence Inn. The down side is parking (which is the same issue you'd have at any... More

Nice hotel in a great area. Decent value, especially considering you're getting a full or studio suite with a kitchen. I travel for business often and this met my needs. Pros: Free breakfast with good quality food (for the pricepoint), breakfast served on real dishes, equipment in the gym is in good condition, great area right off the harbor, nice... More

This hotel was definitely not my first choice. Most hotels in the area were booked so I caved and booked this one. Luckily I checked in very late and was out first thing in the morning. It is a dingy hotel. The rooms can use some love and renovation. They smell a little funky and not everything in the room... More

I brought my kids up from Florida to see the Baltimore Aquarium on the way to Philadelphia where I'm from. Wanted them to see the harbor and go to Phillips too. Imagine my surprise when we opened up the curtains and this was the view. Also met a bum out front waiting for my brother to arrive. Didn't notice his... More
