My husband and I really enjoyed our visit to the Radisson at Cross Keys. Friendly staff, nice rooms, and a wonderful location. The hotel is in a gated community with excellent parking, fun shopping and restaurants. The location is so securel The hotel restaurant was delightful but since we stayed for several days we wanted to try other locations too.... more

I stayed here last year from an anniversary getaway. It was a great place with friendly staff and very comfortable sleep number beds. The rooms were great and very quiet. There is a small shopping center right inside the hotel compound with a great restaurant. Only con for this hotel is the location. It is nested in a gated compound... more

I frequently travel to Baltimore and usually stay at the hotels in the Inner Harbor area and decided to give the Cross Keys Inn a try after reading the good reviews on Trip Avisor. I was amazed at how beautiful and elegant the hotel was! The grounds were lovely and their is a great shopping village on site. More importantly... more

I travel for the Social Security administration several weeks out of the year into Baltimore and had never even knew about this hotel until I found it online. It is one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had, and it wasn't the rooms, although they are very nice, it was the genuineness of the service and staff that... more

This is a wonderful little hotel within easy reach of everything Baltimore. There is a neat little shopping Mall outside its backdoor with high end stores like Talbots and many places to snack and relax. Hopefully, they will soon reupholster most of the furniture in the public areas which go from downright dirty to dowdy. That said it is a... more

Excellent location--close to Johns Hopkins and Baltimore but tucked away in a quiet setting almost "in the woods". Rooms were clean and comfy. Wonderful perk of a free hotel shuttle that goes to the major attractions. Only drawback was their "business center"--they charge .59 a MINUTE to be on the internet and then their printer did not work. I continued... more

I stay at the Radisson each year, and am never disappointed. The rooms are very nice with very comfortable beds. Room service is outstanding! The hotel is located in the cross keys shops which has some very nice high end shopping. Location is close to Loyola College and rt 83, so very easy to get to inner harbor. more

I chose The Radisson at Cross Keys because of its close proximity to Sinai Hospital of Baltimore and the Rubin Institute for Advanced Orthopedics. I was a guest of the Radisson the week of February 17-20, 2009, and enjoyed my visit to the hotel immensely. The room I was given was spacious and immaculately clean. Having travelled all day I... more

This wonderful lil gem was a true find! Cross keys is a step above from any Radisson I have stayed at. The staff was very pleasant and more then accommodating. The food there was well presented with ample portions and reasonably priced not to mention better then most upscale places. But what I noticed first was it just made you... more
