This hotel seemed like a dorm when we first pulled up and saw it. But it grew on me and if in the area, I would stay here again. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel does suit large groups as it is more like a conference center. Breakfast was help yourself to drinks, yogurt, fruit, granola bars and muffins... More

I got an odd kind of feeling at the Mt. Washington conference center - it felt kind of like I was staying overnight in an emptied-out office building. It was somehow "off," except the staff at the front desk was without exception helpful and pleasant. I probably won't stay here again; I like quiet, but this place was just too... More

We needed a room for weekend games at area high school and this was closest and very reasonable. It also included continental breakfast. It was so quiet on weekend that we couldn't even find the entrance. Check in was easy. Room was fine although there's obstruction going on and debris stored in the hallways. Easy access to mt Washington village... More

We have been staying here fore over 5 years, 2-3 visits per year. For almost 2 years, we have been told that there would be a fantastic property wide renovation. What a disappointment! The oversized furniture makes the rooms feel much smaller and the bathrooms, which needed the renovation most of all, have been untouched.

I attended a conference here. The property is wonderful. There is a lot of open space with seating inside and out, where you can just sit down and enjoy the view. Had a chance to take a guided tour of the property and learned the history of the place which was fascinating. We ate all our meals at the restaurants... More

This conference center and hotel ,owned by Johns Hopkins University and managed by Aramark is located on beautifully landscaped grounds in the Mount Washington neighborhood in North Baltimore. It has a historic wing, the Octagon House, which now houses suites for conference goers, and two modern wings with 48 very comfortable well furnished rooms with outdoor balconies. There are several other... More

We stayed here for a swim meet. The grounds are very pretty and the rooms were comfortable. Cost was only $109 per night as we had a group rate. Breakfast was adequate with continental and Starbucks coffee and endless drinks and it went from 6:30 until 11:00. Walking distance to restaurants. Overall a lovely stay!

A great find tucked away in the woods in northern Baltimore. As its name indicates, it's primarily a conference center but serves as hotel for individual guests. We attended an event in the neighborhood, so the location was perfect. We were very pleased by the comfort of the room and the park-like setting. A bonus is the simple, but ample,... More

Although this place is near Highway 83, it's on a quiet, park-like campus of Johns Hopkins that was having a relaxing effect on all the guests I saw. The Aramark staff went out of their way to make us comfortable, including asking if we'd like an upgrade to a room with two queen beds - my original intent, but unavailable... More

The Mt. Washington Conference Center is out of the way - at night, with GPS it was a challenge to find. The location is beautiful and quiet - on a wooded hill, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but convenient to get on the expressway. Not a lot of rooms, another aspect of a peaceful, restful stay.... More
