This Marriott's location ties in the Inner Harbor zone with the Harbor East mixed-used redevelopment, so there is an abundance of activity and dining/shopping options within easy walking distance. The arrival experience was pleasant, it was evidently at a peak time and the staff were trying to make things easier for the arriving guests, waits were minimal. Accommodations were to... More

The lobby is nice however the rooms are 1995 with a touch of red roof inn . Walls scuffed , tiny bath, not even a digital thermostat . Seriously ? Booked king room in February , seven months later I only get two doubles. Seriously ? Waterfront rooms face a concert venue with window rattling noise until 1130am. Valet parking... More

Situated right on the waterfront in the newly redevelopped harbor area, the Mariott is a good overall hotel. I stayed here for 3 nights. Unfortunately the hotel was very busy with conference groups which took away from the experience. My room was large and spacious.but I did not get a harbour view. The restaurant, which also serve breakfast, is stylish....with... More

My hub had business while I went sightseeing. It was the perfect location for me to walk around by myself. Good breakfast available in (Apro)Poe's bar and restaurant and bar open late. Brrrrrr; it's cold in there (Take a jacket if you're easily chilled like I.). Elevators are so speedy that it's easy to run back to the room. All... More

My husband and I were celebrating our 25th anniversary with dinner at nearby Charleston restaurant. Knowing we would likely have wine pairings with our dinner, we knew better than to drive home, so we reserved a room. For our 20th anniversary, we'd done the same thing, and by sheer happenstance (we hadn't told the hotel) were upgraded to the breathtaking... More

I loved the view (which I had to pay extra for - more about that in what I didn't like) and the room itself was familiar and comfortable. It was close to a lot of fun things to do. It was very nice facility in general. BUT - Paper thin walls and getting charged extra for EVERYTHING. Want a nice... More

Stayed here on points (50,000 per night) on a recent weekend. Parking at the inner harbor is a hassle, so it was nice to have the valet. I forgot a phone in the car and he chased me down in the lobby. The room was not ready at 2 (check in is at 4) so we walked and had some... More

We have stayed at the Baltimore Marriott every time we come to the Baltimore area for over the last 5 years and had solid customer service but after 6 months of a hiatus we return and find the service over the top. The bell desk, the new restaurant and the check in team all displayed care, compassion and customer service.... More

Maybe with age and a fair amount of travel I'm losing some perspective, but this hotel was average at best. We used 50,000 points ($500 value) for a one night stay and walked around enjoying the sights. We had an interesting dinner in little Italy and enjoyed shopping the beautiful Fell's Point. It was romantic, but the accommodations were overpriced... More

I love the location of this hotel and its ideal for visitors. Had a great run just by going out the front door and connecting to the Inner Harbor. Balking distance to the baseball stadium. Rooms are nice, bar is hopping. Nothing but nice things to say. It's good as it gets for a non luxury property.
