Selected this hotel due to its location in Fell's Point near our daughter's apartment. We stayed on Saturday night, checking in about 5pm. There is a garage right next door that only charges $4 for the night which is very unusual in Baltimore. The property has a market attached with wine and organic food. We stayed in a California spa... More

Although this hotel is a little pricey, it is well worth it. Service was excellent, the room was huge and had everything you needed, staff was super friendly, great food, and it is close to pretty much everything. Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel continues to provide a good experience. The rooms are great and the baths even better. I very much enjoyed dinner at the food venues on sight. I have mobility issues and the staff went above nd beyond to assist me. This hotel is a great alternative to the bigger hotels. More room, better bath for a better price.... More

My wife and I stayed here two weeks ago and had a terrific experience. The service was outstanding and each person was extremely personable and helpfu. We had breakfast in our room and it was very tasty. They even make their own homemade whole grain bread. We had the opportunity to meet and interact with the owner and he could... More

My husband and I spent the night here for our first anniversary - we don't live far from Baltimore, but wanted a night away to celebrate. Overall, the hotel was lovely - easy to get to, located not far from the Inner Harbor (it's in between Harbor East and Fells Point), and the parking garage was right next door and... More

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff is very personable; the lodging is comfortable and, really, luxurious; the food is great; and the overall ambiance is wonderful. Very personal and professional at the same time. I've never stayed at any place quite like this one, and if I'm back in the area, I would definitely want to say here... More

What a interesting hotel. I travel a lot for work and my second home is a combo Marriott/Westin hotel room in some nondescript metro area. Then I land here. Huge rooms. Mine had a little porch. Huge bathroom with large shower and tub. Pretty wonderful beds (made in the USA?!) where I slept like a big fat baby. Clean. Quiet.... More

My family and I stayed at the Inn at the Black Olive during a family trip. There are several things that distinguish this hotel from other 5-star hotels that we have visited around the world. First, is the genuine commitment to building a green building and to running an environmentally conscious business. Second, is the personalized service and attention. In... More

I have been staying at the Inn at the Black Olive roughly every six months since the Fall of 2011. While it has changed since it opened (I truly miss their amazing complimentary breakfasts but understand that would be hard to keep up and some of their old front desk folks were fabulous), it is still a fantastic, relaxing experience... My husband and I visit Baltimore every 4-6 weeks as we have family here and find the city very charming. Fells Point is our usual go-to place to stay. Unfortunately our recent visit coincided with the 200th anniversary of the Star-Spangled Banner festivities and there were no places to stay other than the Inn at the Black Olive. After reading...
