The hotel has multiple bus stops directly in front of the hotel making it challenging to get in and out. The air conditioning in the room didn't work, the Wi-Fi didn't work, the hotel was dirty, and the room didn't have a chair. The staff was utterly incompetent and charged my credit card a number of times for one stay... More

Went to Baltimore for Orioles game ... was looking forward to a get-away weekend and would love to be writing a favorable review but just can't ... No chance of early check-in, no on-site parking, too far to walk to Inner Harbor (so needed a cab and not the greatest area to walk back at night, anyway), no ice machine... More

Some issues which I will describe later - otherwise room and bed comfortable, staff helpful, friendly and the breakfast was a notch above the standard continental one with the hostess very available. This hotel cost us less than 1/2 the price quoted by others nearer to Camden Yards. It was within walking distance of the yard and we were not... More

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. We arrived to find Cool Whip, eggs, a partial half-gallon of milk, and a small bottle of opened cheap champagne in the refrigerator. The room contained no cups for iced drinks, the remote didn't work, and one of the lamps had a switch that didn't work by conventional... More

Dont do it to yourself....room's climate control broken, breakfast buffet laughable (unless you like bread and bread-like items), GM is a joke, maintenance poor, and location questionable. We were lied to when making reservations, and misled upon checkout. You stay there anyway, blame yourself because you've been warned.

My entire family's reservations were disregarded. I was placed in an occupied room, my mother and father had to change rooms, and my brother and sister-in-law had to be moved to a different hotel. I am currently in a dispute over being charged $120.00+ more than what I was told on my reservation. If you can look passed the incompetence... More

I stayed there for 2 nights in July only because of the rate and location to M&T Stadium. The hotel is within walking distance of the habor, shopping, and all stadiums. It's packed in the middle of a commercial area. Walgreens is right across the street which is a plus if you happen to forget something or need to stock... More

This is a budget hotel in downtown Baltimore, about a 5-10 minute walk from the Harbor. However, the price does not excuse the shabby condition of the maintenance of some items in the room. The shower drain was completely clogged, the toilet seat was broken, and various other trimmings in the room were in need of repair. Furthermore, in place... More

My fiance and I had a very nice time staying at this Best Western. Yes, it's a small hotel, but that's not Best Western's fault. If you look on the outside of the building it says, "Hotel Junker," which was the name of the original boutique hotel back in the day. It's a historic building and has less than 100... More

The hotel its self was nice, the room was nice, clean, but we were unable to adjust the tempature of the room, it was very warm in the room, had to open a window which only opened about 2 inches. Staff was nice and helpful,
