This hotel was comfortable, had good customer service and took care of problems. But the room had dirt in corners, stains, and a hectic, disorganized breakfast. Also, the shower head fell off multiple times and was very rusted. It is definitely mediocre, but overall a fine experience.

Jay the bartender did a great job of serving us. We are in from out of town for a wedding. We had lunch in Tavern 101 and we got the crabcake sandwich. The crabcake sandwich was excellent! We would definitely come back. Thanks Jay!!

We were here for a wedding. This hotel was so accommodating. There was supposed to be a rehearsal dinner in the courtyard but the weather turned cold and the staff totally transformed the breakfast area into a lovely dining and celebration experience. No other guests at the hotel were inconvenienced because it was done in the evening. The staff had... More

Our experience here was terrific. From the time we checked in the interaction with every member of the staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the beds were comfy. There is a restaurant/bar on site that truly does have the best crab cake we've ever eaten. The included hot breakfast was on the higher end of... More

We stayed at the Fairfield Inn for 1 night for a concert nearby. It was nice for a night. However, I would never recommend eating at the Tavern 101. Extremely overpriced and awful food. Definitely explore and try other local restaurants. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a great value in the inner harbor area.

Came down for the weekend to apparently celebrate!! Got engaged in the Inner Harbor. Only downside--we were given a handicap accessible room, which made us feel bad that if someone needed it, it was booked. Tavern 101--We were celebrating and had a restaurant.com gift certificate---that couldn't be used on drinks?? No where did it say that and c'mon you don't... More

The "Tavern 101" in the lobby closely sharply at 11 for food even if you arrive at 1055. Kind of insane being that you have no other option other than microwaves food you have to pay for IF the microwave works. Staff is very friendly but the options to eat here are terrible. I would not ever tell anyone to... More

We stayed here for the second time in two months. We live in Northern Virginia and like to spend weekends in Baltimore. The hotel is in a decent location, on the border to Little Italy and across the street and around the corner from Port Discovery. It's a bit of a walk from the Inner Harbor area, but not too... My family was travelling to Baltimore to tour John Hopkins University. We needed a nice, clean, comfortable place to stay. Fairfield Inn delivered. Good Value, nice sized rooms, nice sized bathroom, good Wifi, friendly front desk.

This is the 3rd time we've stayed at this hotel because we love the location and the hotel. It is close to Johns Hopkins Hospital and the Inner Harbor. Following a procedure at Johns Hopkins we returned to the hotel and my husband became ill and fainted, not just once but twice. This is not the first time he's done... More
