Wyatt Cardwell, the General Manager, truly runs a FIRST CLASS operation at this hotel!!! We were in Baltimore for my Mother's brain surgery at John's Hopkins Hospital and were treated like family for our 13 day stay! We first met Joseph at the front desk upon check-in. Joseph was so pleasant and accommodating. During our lengthy stay, we got to... More

My wife and I arrived with 2 young grandchildren for an overnight in preparation for visiting the National Aquarium the next day. The first crisis was where to park. $30 for valet and 34 for self park. However, if you self park, you cannot go out unless you pay again. One of the staff suggested that I park in an... More

Thank you for your review and for staying with us. I am sorry that you were misinformed regarding parking. Our valet parking is $30 per night, but the hotel does not currently offer a self-parking option. This is something that we are working on a solution for currently. There are self parking options in the area, but none that are... More

When checking in the Front desk asscociate did not seem to know how to do his job. I told him i saw one king online for $159 he said no its $169 and then a few minutes later realized he was wrong. He had my I.D in his hand and still spelled my name wrong. So when my husband came... More

My husband and I were at Baltimore Harbor for a mini-vacation; however, had to leave out suddenly due to a death in the family. Upon arrival at the front desk clerk(Washington), was an extremely polite and professional young man. Throughout our entire stay all staff(including the domestic help and parking attendants) were exceptional and spoke whenever they passed in the... More

The Fairfield Inn provided our family a home and a haven during a stressful visit to Johns Hopkins Hospital July 27-30. Fairfield Inn staff quickly became friends, assisting us on the day before and morning of surgery, coordinating transportation to the hospital and facilitating return of family members to the hotel. When it was unclear when the patient would be... More

My fiance and I like to check out new cities that are within driving distance. We also like anything with a historical flare to it and if you have been to the Inner Harbor than you know that it is full of activities. Not only is Fort McHenry a few miles away from the Inner Harbor but they also have... More

Staff was nice and helpful. Check inn was a breeze. Room was clean and modern but seemed a little tired. Clean lobby. Restaurant connected to it wasn't bad. Breakfast was good and free. I'd stay here again.

The hotel is located just about two blocks from Inner Harbor and is easily accessible via I-83 South. Although along a very busy road, we barely heard any traffic. It is practically next door to two museums and across the street from Phillips Crab House and then all that the Inner Harbor has to offer. Although we arrived early, the... More

I read the reviews on this hotel before we left. It is true what most of the reviewers said... the staff here were so friendly and accommodating. Everyone from the fellow at the front door handling the cars, to the ladies at the front desk, to the young man who helped with our luggage, to the housekeepers we met in... More

We were in the city for a Family Reunion. After checking out another Downtown Hotel and preceding home, we experienced car trouble. After towing and standing in a parking lot with our luggage, I went on line to reserve a room in a Marriott property. Let me say, I also work at a Fairfield Inn, so I will probably be... More
