I'm checking out of this hotel today after 3 nights. It's been pretty good. The good: comfy beds, friendly desk people, and a solid breakfast with something for everyone (bagels, fruit, oatmeal, pancakes, yogurt, cereal, etc). The room is clean and we were greeted with some folded towel art, which is always lovely. The location is convenient, too, and not... More

I booked a room for 5 with two queen beds for about $140/night. I was pleased with the service and with our room. Our room was very very clean. The only thing that I would change about the hotel is the pool hours. They closed the pool at 9pm. I didn't mind the parking. It was $25/night, but at least it... More

This hotel proudly posts its 4-circle TripAdvisor rating, and it should. Over the past 6 or more years, I've stayed in this hotel at least once a year. Every time I do, I come away thinking it's a remarkably consistent performer and great value. For me, the only potential negative is that it's in a neighborhood that's a little bit... More

We headed to Baltimore for an overnight stay at the last minute on a Saturday at noon and I found this hotel during a quick Web search before departure. With a AAA discount, it was reasonable at $119 for a night plus taxes, plus $15 for parking. The hotel is an old bank building that has been converted into a... More

In a sketchy part of town; no on-site parking available the first night - had to go looking for street parking at 11 pm; shuttle to Inner Harbor was great but took 20 minutes to get the phone answered to request the return pick-up and then a 40 minute wait for it, in the rain! Had to call for IT... More

Anyone that was on the first floor this past weekend can tell you this was like a scene out of some sort of movie, or episode of PUNKED. There was a dog loose in the hallway (this is a NO PET hotel) They had contractors staying on the first floor that may have had way too many libations started arguing... More

Smaller, more intimate property with a courteous and helpful staff. 10 minute walk to the Inner Harbor. Hot breakfast bar complete with an automatic pancake maker! Nicely furnished, comfortable room. If you stay over on a Saturday night you have an added bonus of a farmer's market across the street on Sunday morning. Be warned that since it is a... More

Found this hotel via a gamble on Hotwire. Even though Hotwire said it was a 3 star, most other sites had it listed no higher than 2.5. Regardless, there was some hesitation about staying here, but it turned out to be a great visit. My expectations were exceeded. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was updated and the room... We came as a family for my several JH hospital appointments and many tests, so a stressful time for me, but we wanted to see the Inner Harbor and Fell's Point too. Both Erica and James shuttled us around; our first night, the shuttle was ours completely, but the second day and night, a strict time schedule was in effect.... More

Most importantly, the staff....excellent! "All" friendly, gracious and willing to assist. The room....cleanliness is next to godliness phrase....They meet it. My room was so clean and quiet. My flights were delayed and I did not arrive till after 11:00PM. I just wanted a clean and quiet room. That's exactly what I got. The shuttle service to John Hopkins and the Inner... More
