Most importantly, the staff....excellent! "All" friendly, gracious and willing to assist. The room....cleanliness is next to godliness phrase....They meet it. My room was so clean and quiet. My flights were delayed and I did not arrive till after 11:00PM. I just wanted a clean and quiet room. That's exactly what I got. The shuttle service to John Hopkins and the Inner... More

I experienced the worst check-in experience in my life by Samuel, the night auditor. We arrived around 12 AM on a friday night looking to check into two rooms. I had called earlier in the week and requested for my two rooms to be near each other. Once I arrived, I was told that I could not have them near... More

The is an old bank building converted to Holiday Inn Express, so most every room is different. Well designed; the windows are sealed for quiet, but it's still a city and the noises are around. The furniture is comfortable and the rooms clean.

The staff is very friendly. The hotel is dated, but kept up well. The rooms nice and clean. We were not that far from the harbor and all the action. We don't mind walking, so the location was great. It was about a ten minute walk to the harbor. They have a free shuttle service, which is a plus. James... More

Friendly staff, nice rooms, good breakfast and only ten minutes from the Inner Harbor and Little Italy. This is a very convenient hotel to visit Baltimore. Parking at the hotel is affordable. We were very early and got a early check-in.

There were a bunch of girls (12) who stayed here this past weekend for my bachelorette party. The hotel itself is nice, horrible location. My maid of honor booked 3 rooms two months in advance for all of us to stay next to each other, that didn't happen. We got there at 2:45, check in was at 3. The rooms... More

The location of the hotel was frightening, it was like 8 mile. I did like the staff a lot and the room was clean. However- across the hall one night there was a prostitution party literally men were going in and out all night. The shuttle service man was great and funny. The breakfast buffet was bad, the eggs and... More

This property was a great deal for the price. The hotel was within walking distance of the Inn Harbor which was fantastic. However I would recommend using the hotel shuttle at night. It was not the best neighborhood to be walking in at night. Our room was very spacious and spotless. Overall very comfortable. The hotel staff could not have... More

This hotel is clean, friendly, and everything you could ask for from a Holiday Inn Express. However, this is not located in a good neighborhood and guests should be prepared to take cabs or coordinate with the free hotel shuttle for transportation. My boyfriend and I both live in major metropolitan areas and enjoy walking vs cabs, so we are... More
