This was the second time staying at the hotel - the first to see a show downtown and the second time for a Dr's appointment at JHH. The lobby is very impressive and the rooms are very clean and updated. The front desk staff was attentive and helpful. Be very mindful that you will need to pay for parking in... More

We stayed for two nights on 4/4 and 4/5 for a relative's surgery at Johns Hopkins. First of all, I would like to say that every staff member we dealt with was extremely helpful and accommodating and the hotel was very clean. I was aware of the parking situation before we arrived, but it is still kind of a pain... More

I visited this location more than one time, from the first time i was attracted & impressed with the renovation the owner did to this old building. I love historic buildings. The lobby with the tall old doors will take you back to the 1800. The room was very clean & bigger than some other hotels downtown Baltimore. The Hotel... More

I recently stayed two days and nights at the Holiday Inn Express (Inner Harbor) Downtown Baltimore and my experience was wonderful..... The ease of booking reservationsa was short and to the point. The rates are similiar and equal to what one would expect from a major hotel chain in a major city's main tourist attraction area, but the Holiday Inn... More

You are welcomed at this location by the homeless begging for money before you get to the building. No security. A juvenile correctional building is close by, so you can visit your kids in jail, or someone else's kids. There is a 12.00 parking fee which they tell me was listed, but I did not see it prior to booking.... More

Great staff! At check-in, we were asked if we would be parking a car. Although we were, because we checked in so late, we were only charged parking for one day, not two. (It's the little things!) The hotel offers free shuttles to and from any location within a 1-mile radius so we didn't have to worry about driving and... More

the room was fine but the hotel is not located in a good area of Balimore, the breakfast was not ready at 7:00 AM as it was promised, also I had my strangest experience in this hotel, the phone rang for no reason 3 times every 15 minutes at 3:30 AM so I could not sleep the first night and... More

My husband and I stayed for two night at the end of November and had a great stay. We scored an awesome price from Priceline and were pleasantly surprised that we had a very short walk to Power Plant/Howl at the Moon. Check in went smoothly and the room was very clean. We went to the front desk to inquire... More

I stayed at this hotel for only one night. Its a good hotel - the staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast also. Not sure I would stay longer, as there is no pool is the location is not the greatest, but if you need to be in Baltimore for a short stay, this... More

The hotel is located close to a homeless shelter. People are sleeping on the street just around the corner. The breakfast is great though. They provide many breakfast options. But during my stay, I saw homeless people coming for free breakfast. The hotel also offers complimentary shuttle to anywhere within 1 mile radius, which is good for people who are... More
