A nice clean place to stay! It's not extravagant , so if your looking for that , keep looking. The staff was nice enough, held my luggage for me till check in time. It a great place for a train traveler to stay! It's about 7 blocks from Penn Statiin and you can take the free purple line bus! Excellent... More

We are from NY and we were traveling to Baltimore for a Ravens game. So we decided to stay here at the Quality Inn and we were pleased with our experience. It is hard to spot as your driving down the block because it is blocked by some trees. Since it was a Saturday afternoon, I was able to park... More

Nothing really stands out about the hotel. Lets start from the top. Once you arrive, you are going to wonder where to park and check in. Well, there is no place to park. You park in a parking garage about 1 1/2 blocks. The next question you will have is how much it cost to park. $16 between 12-24 hours.... More

Stayed at this downtown hotel while visiting Baltimore recently. Although we were only at the hotel for a few hours total, it was enough to know I would never book again. Upon arriving we realized there was no place to load or unload luggage. We were able to park on the street with flashers on, but it was less than... More

Stayed here from 10/10-10/12, and will never return. The staff that was working during this the time of checking out was as accommodating as possible, given the circumstances. They reported to us that at the time there was no manager that could assist further. Beyond the fact that the staff was friendly, this was a nightmare of a stay. Upon... More

The only thing this hotel has going for it is location. Upon our arrival, it started with the musty smell in the lobby. Our room was decent enough, clean, but the TV didn't work, the in-room phone didn't work, the table lamps didn't work. They advertise in-room wireless access, that didn't work either. I couldn't send or receive texts, or... More

I stay at this hotel on a Friday night this place is in the middle of a lot of kind of business grom drugs to prostitutes, when I came back to my room the main entrance was locked and it was no body on the front desk or any where I stared to bang on the door and finally a... More

In my 2 night stay I went to three different rooms. First room was extremely hot and had a broken air conditioner so the front desk staff was happy to switch us to a new room. When we got to the new room the carpet was wet which caused my wife to lose footing on the tile bathroom floor. We... More

After reading reviews that were helpful, I thought this hotel would be worth the risk. WRONG. While the location is excellent (we were there for an Orioles game, and literally walked to Camden Yards), the lack of basic amenities made our stay borderline disgusting. Wi-fi did not work, and staff never resolved it. Half the TV channels did not come... More

What can I say; there is no parking. You have to walk a least a block. The hotel is old, not historic just plain old. The have done a great job of redoing the rooms, but some of that money should have been spent on the lobby and the common areas in the hotel. The room doors were solid security... More
