Yes, this place is beat up and lots of things don't work, but that helps explain why it's one of the more inexpensive places to stay downtown. To me the most important thing in a hotel is whether I can actually sleep well, and here my bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and the air conditioning works, so I'm... More

The only thing worse than the Sox dropping three game to the O's was the Quality Inn Downtown....... There was no quality, comfort, & or convenience. The staff were horrible like you were bothering them & house keeping was even worse..... Pay the extra $50 a night & stay out of the "HOOD".....

This hotel was inexpensive and therefore I did not have high expectations. The building is old and has a certain amount of charm, but it is run down and poorly managed. The staff was indifferent to the guests and show no sense of pride in their work. The window are the dirtiest I have ever seen including the door glass... More

We stayed here for an Orioles game last month and had chosen this hotel based on price and distance to the ballpark. Based on some of the reviews, I was having second thoughts about this hotel. Yes, the entrance was a little hidden (we missed it and had to go around the block). The hotel doesn't have its own parking,... More

Stayed here last year for the Yankees/Orioles series and the stay was fine--- friendly staff that not only took the time to answer questions, but also gave you the inside scoop on the best places for pizza delivery, places to eat, things to do, etc. This year, not so much. As luck would have it, I got the same room... More

We stayed only one night. The hotel entry door lock was missing a part, soiled carpet in lobby, empty coffee urn, room key did not work (took 3 times to correct), dirty elevators, rip in bed covering, wall lamp loose. The breakfast was fair - regular coffee was not available. Hotel bill was incorrect. I will never stay here again.

This was the worst place I've ever stayed!! You walk up to the building and the windows are filthy. Elevators are disgusting!! Hallways smell like smoke. Rooms dirty, looks like the doors have been kicked in. Sink in bathroom leaked. .Bathroom floors covered with hair.2 of the 3 rooms we booked had other people walk into their rooms using a... More

Very convenient to the Inner Harbor and the Convention Center. Rooms fairly small, but not bad if you are only using for sleep. The staff was very friendly...yes, a few amenedies were missing, but were provided when asked for. BEAUTIFUL OLD BUILDING THAT COULD USE MORE RENOVATION. It looks like they have started doing it..hardly any parking in town...we used... More

Room was small and the tv barely had any channels. They do serve breakfast and the location is perfect and near a lot of places to visit. Walls and doors seemed old and looked scuffed. The bed was bad for my bAck and pillows were extra small, no refrigerator but friendly staff. Parking is ridiculous and not included.

Perfect Hotel for a reality show. The staff is overwhelmed and for the most part doesn't have a clue how to run the place. It is a beautiful property but is run down. The rooms are showing their age and need maintenance. Homeless people sneak in and are sleeping in the hallways. If you are looking for a cheap place... More
