This was the worst place I've ever stayed!! You walk up to the building and the windows are filthy. Elevators are disgusting!! Hallways smell like smoke. Rooms dirty, looks like the doors have been kicked in. Sink in bathroom leaked. .Bathroom floors covered with hair.2 of the 3 rooms we booked had other people walk into their rooms using a... More

Very convenient to the Inner Harbor and the Convention Center. Rooms fairly small, but not bad if you are only using for sleep. The staff was very friendly...yes, a few amenedies were missing, but were provided when asked for. BEAUTIFUL OLD BUILDING THAT COULD USE MORE RENOVATION. It looks like they have started doing it..hardly any parking in town...we used... More

Room was small and the tv barely had any channels. They do serve breakfast and the location is perfect and near a lot of places to visit. Walls and doors seemed old and looked scuffed. The bed was bad for my bAck and pillows were extra small, no refrigerator but friendly staff. Parking is ridiculous and not included.

Perfect Hotel for a reality show. The staff is overwhelmed and for the most part doesn't have a clue how to run the place. It is a beautiful property but is run down. The rooms are showing their age and need maintenance. Homeless people sneak in and are sleeping in the hallways. If you are looking for a cheap place... More

Only stayed one night for a baseball game. The parking garage they suggested was a rip off. Charged us 2 days for less than 24 hr stay. The hotel was old and dirty...not even close to worth the price but it's supply and demand I suppose. The telephone didn't work but the bed was pretty comfy.

A nice clean place to stay! It's not extravagant , so if your looking for that , keep looking. The staff was nice enough, held my luggage for me till check in time. It a great place for a train traveler to stay! It's about 7 blocks from Penn Statiin and you can take the free purple line bus! Excellent... More

We are from NY and we were traveling to Baltimore for a Ravens game. So we decided to stay here at the Quality Inn and we were pleased with our experience. It is hard to spot as your driving down the block because it is blocked by some trees. Since it was a Saturday afternoon, I was able to park... More

Nothing really stands out about the hotel. Lets start from the top. Once you arrive, you are going to wonder where to park and check in. Well, there is no place to park. You park in a parking garage about 1 1/2 blocks. The next question you will have is how much it cost to park. $16 between 12-24 hours.... More

Stayed at this downtown hotel while visiting Baltimore recently. Although we were only at the hotel for a few hours total, it was enough to know I would never book again. Upon arriving we realized there was no place to load or unload luggage. We were able to park on the street with flashers on, but it was less than... More

Stayed here from 10/10-10/12, and will never return. The staff that was working during this the time of checking out was as accommodating as possible, given the circumstances. They reported to us that at the time there was no manager that could assist further. Beyond the fact that the staff was friendly, this was a nightmare of a stay. Upon... More
