I stayed here for the bar exam because of it's cheapness and proximity to the convention center. Worst. Decision. Ever. Here's word for word what I sent them (in their very limited comment box): "First, there were bed bugs in the room! I got bit all over my back and legs. I came for the bar exam, and instead of... Booked this hotel through booking.com for my birthday and dont think ill return. The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating though. We were on the 7th floor and our door was so hard to open. It stuck at the top and you had to pretty much get a running start to open it, that was a pain. Room... More

The rooms at the Quality Inn were nice enough. But I didn't feel completely safe walking in the vicinity of the hotel after dark. The hotel staff did not provide accurate information about how to get from the hotel to the Baltimore Convention Center. I was given a map to 100 Light Street, which is NOT the convention center. I... More

This may be the least expensive brand name hotel in downtown Baltimore--that's what brought me here for a multi-day business meeting. So, what are your expectations for a cheap hotel in a major metro area? If you think it's going to be well run, clean, with perfectly functioning facilities, you won't like the Quality Inn downtown Baltimore. On the other... More

With Quality Inn downtown locations in big cities, you just never know what you're gonna get. This location was very nice. Room was super comfy, spacious, and quiet. Good location with food all around and train station very close if you wanna head out of town. Nice place, can't go wrong here.

The internet in our room was slow and often did not work. Twice we asked the hotel staff to fix things that were broken in the room; they didn't. The room was tiny. The breakfast is greasy enough to make McDonalds look five star. You will be glad you read this review and stayed somewhere else.

I'll start out by saying that I've seen and stayed in worse, however those places were considerably cheaper than the Quality Inn in Downtown Baltimore. 1) The place is dirty--not outright filthy, but dirty. If this company wants to be taken seriously and wants to provide a good experience to its guests, then it really needs to clean up both... More

+The decor in the lobby & rooms is upscale, with beautiful furniture and art. +The daily breakfast buffet includes more than muffins -- eggs, make your own waffles, etc. +Great location downtown within walking distance to the restaurant areas. +There is a parking garage 1/2 block down the street. +I was so happy to stay here for a low price...I... I didn't have a bad experience. The lobby was fine, cute. The front desk girl was friendly. I was traveling on my own on business for one night only. The room itself was small but it was fine for just me. My only complaint was the thin walls. At 2 am someone was knocking on the door next to mine... More
