What can I say; there is no parking. You have to walk a least a block. The hotel is old, not historic just plain old. The have done a great job of redoing the rooms, but some of that money should have been spent on the lobby and the common areas in the hotel. The room doors were solid security... More

Don't be scared to come here. I got 2 rooms for my family. Beds were fine, shower was hot with good water pressure. TV didn't have many channels but everything was clean. Front desk person was very confused but we got thru it. We're in town to watch Yankees-Orioles series so we didn't spend tons of time in the hotel.... More

Had a pleasant stay. Towel were not to good. Small room. Very close to downtown attractions. Breakfast was nice and there was plenty of food options. Staff was very friendly. Nearby parking was pretty costly. If you check in one day and leave the next, you have to pay for parking for 2 days, which was $30, not good.

The building is gorgeous and the rooms aren't bad. Tracy at the front desk made the visit. He was friendly and polite and fun to chat with. That's where the good stuff ends. The hotel doesn't have enough key cards, towels, TV remotes/batteries, or rooms. I was asked at check in if I "really" needed more than 1 key card... More

Booked online two rooms both with twin beds. When getting to the hotel they couldn't find my reservation. I showed the reservation number to the gentleman behind the counter, he then finds my reservation but tells me only one room with twin beds is available the other would be one king bed. At this point the other couples with our... More

Unlike other reviewers, I had no problem staying here. The room was clean, the housekeeping staff showed up daily and cleaned, made the beds, restocked the coffee. I had no mold, bed bugs, or any other problems.... except for hotel staff helping themselves to the breakfast that I assumed was for paying guests and trouble hooking up to the wifi.... More

They got our room completely wrong, no extra rollaway bed, and thermostat was broken. Called the front desk to complain and was repeatedly cut off and interrupted by the N/A Darryl Lucas who was incredibly rude, threatened to hurt my physically, would not let me use the front desk phone, made very racist and rude comments to my guests/party and... The room wasn't to bad; enough room for my wife & I. Issues we had; no toilet paper dispenser, mold on caulk on tub, rusty shower rod. TV channels were not what was provided in the room. The bed...."large amount" of no idea stuff inside the bed. (doesn't look like they changed the sheets) GROSS! No hot water in the... More
