Right on the water's edge .. within 5 minutes walk to all of the Inner Harbor attractions, such as the National Aquarium, the Harbor place, the World Trade Center, and everything. Beautiful hotel, great rooms, fantastic service, and I love the happy hour check every evening, cooking and giving out free food. Stay there..

Super location at the Inner Harbor between the National Aquarium and Fells Point. The staff was well trained to acknowledge all customer where ever we ran into them and were very helpful. The facilities were clean and modern. The manager went out of his way to welcome everyone and held a cooking demonstration during happy hour to prepare crapes with... More

This was our third trip to the inner harbor, (2 adults, 2 young kids) we usually stay at the Hyatt but wanted to try something different, having passed this hotel on many occasions we decided to try it! The prices were better than most in the area, the location is perfect (close to water taxi, aquarium, fells point, and Hard... More

I would like to compliment you on your staff, and in particular, three gentlemen-- Brett Henry, Kevin Blanton, and our breakfast server, Billy. All three work at the Pier 5 Hotel in Baltimore, MD. We visited August 26 for a two-night stay in Baltimore to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Even though we arrived well before check-in time, our bags were... More

We could not have chosen a better hotel for our grandson's first visit to Baltimore. The Pier 5 is within walking distance to Aquarium, Inner Harbor sights and shopping, and very close to Little Italy and Fells Point. We parked our car on arrival day and there it stayed until we left. The water taxi took us to Fort McHenry,... More

Can't beat the location! Kevin was very helpful! Place could use an update. Found small ants in the bed and in the bathroom, yuck! Asked for three towels daily and only got them one one day. Discrepancy between the room service menu and the actual menu in the restaurant (McCormick and Schmick) which caused us to be grossly overcharged. Our... More

This was a bitter/sweet stay for me. I stayed at Pier 5 (boutique hotel) because on my last trip to the harbor we walked passed this hotel and thought the location and water view would be amazing. It also housed one of our favorite restaurants, Ruth's Chris. I was not able to stay in a water view room for my first... More

I stayed 2 nights mid-August at Pier 5 Hotel. The location is perfect. You are close to the water taxi, shopping, restaurants, bars, and aquarium. The room itself was comfortable and clean. We had paid extra for the balcony harbor view room and it was beautiful! We spent a few minutes at "Crabby Hour" which treats guests to complementary beer... More

The website states that the 9.95 service fee includes certain benefits including a shuttle service. I read reviews on trip advisor of people who used the shuttle so I know it existed at some point however when we went to the front desk and asked about a shuttle we were told they could call us a cab if we told... Liz D, Thank you for your review! We're glad that you found the location to be great! I would like to apologize for failing to exceed your expectations which is always our goal at the Pier V. I have spoken to the appropriate staff this morning, and it seems that there was some confusion regarding the cab/shuttle situation. It is... More
