The staff at the Pier 5 were so wonderful that it made our stay and will ensure that we stay here again. My husband, 2 year old daughter and I were treated like we were the most important people at the hotel. Nothing was a problem for the front desk staff. The Saturday afternoon chocolate buffett was unique and lots... more

We had the Magic Package only to get the wrong tickets and not all the discounts. Our room had items falling apart and pubic hairs were in several places within the bathroom. The long distance AND the Internet were not working. We ordered a refrigerator to be in the, room it wasn't. Crabby Hour was a GREAT failure, not like... more

We spent two nights at this hotel. Our room was beautifully decorated and had the most comfortable bed imaginable. Unlike another reviewer, I felt the opposite about the toiletries. The ones in my room were top of the line. We paid for valet parking, because we were not sure if we’d need to take the car in and out. I‘d... more

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights. Great location, friendly staff. It's priced as a boutique hotel but is really a budget hotel. It has some nice design elements and probably looked good at grand opening. Now it is a little down at heel, superficially clean but cuts corners on breakfast, toiletries and bedding. Our "harbor-view" overlooked a docked... more

Great location next to the Aquarium. Pleasant and friendly staff. We had a "harborview" room. It was small and a little worn, but otherwise acceptable, seemed somewhat overpriced. I was overcharged by the parking lot next door both times I used it. They advertised a set of hourly rates as we entered, then charged nearly twice the advertised rates as... more

We just returned from a stay at the Pier 5 Hotel and I must say it met our needs perfectly. For walking, we were right by the Inner Harbor. For dinner, we were a five-minute walk from Little Italy. And the two places we drove to, the Visionary Arts Museum and the neighborhood of Hampden, were each within 10 minutes.... more

We booked two nights on the 'buy one night get one free' package they were offering. The package also came with all access passes for the National Aquarium. Otherwise we would have stayed elsewhere because of the price. The hotel was in decent shape, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Its location was what really sold us, we were... more

We were sent here after being bumped from the Admiral Fell Inn (see related review), so we arrived in a bad mood, which only worsened when we saw our room. It was like a cave, with a narrow window, overlooking the air conditioning units, which made a huge noise-- and this after we had requested a quiet room. The interior... more

I got married at this hotel in June 2005 and have stayed here several times since for weekend getaways with my husband. We just love the place. The service is always wonderful and they always remember us. We've even received gifts in our room at times. We love the funky difference of this hotel, it isn't like your average place... more
