Stayed here for my cousins graduation. From the outside the hotel looks pretty nice close to shops, the lobby looks up to date, but on the inside of the rooms is a bad hotel horror scene. Exposed screws, chipping wood, dead bugs in the lamps over the beds, curtains that are torn and electrical sockets that don't work. The only... More

I am planning a trip to Johns Hopkins Hospital and want the experience in Baltimore to be as positive as possible for my family. So I decided to contact Pier 5 about a hotel reservation due to the amazing location and facility. I was connected directly with Pier 5's Johns Hopkins liaison. The liaison, Mr. Blanton, was gracious and sincere... More

Pier 5 was in a great location I was surprised on how close it was to everything. Our room overlooked the harbor it was beautiful. As far as our room it was fine it was clean flat screen tv and a big bathroom. I've read some.reviews that the bed was hard and crappy but it seem fine to me. My... More

My husband and I decided to travel to Baltimore for a couples weekend. The hotel was really nice...location was awesome...but the true stand out was the staff! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful...they made us feel right at home. I don't think you can beat a balcony overlooking the inner harbor...plus the quick shuttle to Fells Point was great too.... More

We just returned from a fantastic weekend at Pier 5. Walking in the place was very it open and inviting. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The balcony was an added bonus it was wonderful watching the boats and people. The greatest asset was the staff. They were very inviting, friendly and helpful. The people at the main desk... More

I was persuaded to book this hotel in the inner harbour by the reviews on trip advisor. I thought against it several times as I was unable to reach a reservationist by phone and in the end, your opinions mattered. I agree that it is a nice location but the hotel itself is in need of some comforts that I... More

We've just returned from our stay at the Pier V. The hotel is well-appointed and the suite we had was very spacious-a large living area with desk, large cabinet with flat screen tv and a very long and comfortable couch. The living room had it's own patio doors to a balcony. The King-sized bedroom had 2 balconies, a king-sized bed... More

I think the location of this hotel is 5 stars, and the hotel itself is 3 stars, thus my 4 star rating. The location can't be beat! You are so close to the Aquarium and other Inner Harbor attractions. It is such a short walk to the heart of the area; we loved that. The hotel itself is just fine.... More

This is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at. It is not only centrally located - it is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. We had so much fun arranging our trip with Bryce, the Harbor specialist who was very kind and knowledgeable. Friday's Crabby hour is so much fun on and so is the chocolate tower... More

This hotel is in a great location! It is within walking distance to many attractions. We were only there for 2 days so we didn't get to use all the hotel amenities, however, the hotel decor and the size of the room was excellent. We plan on going back to Baltimore and we will definitely stay at the Pier 5... More
