Location is great. Front desk is better than most. The room (15th floor, executive lounge access) was perfect. But after that it falls short. Exec lounge was a huge disappointment. Cash bar(but great service), horrible appetizers, dirty seating and continental breakfast resembled an airline breakfast. I tried to entertain customers after hours in the lobby bar and-no joke- ended up... More

Everything seemed like it was going to be amazing prior to arrival. Once we got there, all the little hidden fees came out and we realized we were going to be nickled and dimed our whole stay. Valet was $40/day or self park at $28/day. WiFi even under HHonors was between $7-12/day, a can of soda was $4, a 12oz... More

I stayed for four days while at a conference at the Convention Center next door (sort of). The weather outside was frightful, ice cold and windy but for four days I was only outside once. The hotel has two buildings connected by a climate controlled walkway. There is also a walkway, also climate controlled to the Convention Center. The room... More

Attended a large conference at the Convention Center. There is a series of indoor walkways from this hotel to the Convention Center. They were much appreciated with snow, rain and sleet outdoors. Allows attendees to leave the coat at the hotel instead of dragging around a conference venue. Hotel employees were accommodating and friendly. Hotel bar is more than adequate... More

This hotel is the "real deal" when it comes to a big hotel with lots of amenities. They do it right, and at a price that hits the sweet spot between the moderately priced properties and those that exceed $200/night. Unparalleled views of the city... great pool/jacuzzi/warm-weather deck... nice lobby and bar area. If you are in Baltimore for a... More

This is THE place to stay if you're attending an event at the Convention Center in cold or rainy weather: A climate-controlled walkway from the hotel to the center provides easy access and lets you save the center's coat-check fee. We were here for the American Craft Council show in late February and, like apparently the entire city, were surprised... More

The room was great. Sizable enough to be comfortable with a nice work station desk. Collocated to the conference center, the hotel was very convenient and close enough that I could run upstairs to the room for a work call. The bar service was slow and unfriendly - shocking - at a conference we get a lot of business done... More

2-night stay while taking Maryland bar exam. Clean room, quiet hallway, comfortable bed. Standard mid-tier hotel room with nothing particularly outstanding, or problematic. Water pressure/ temperature in shower was excellent. Service was mostly good. Particularly noteworthy was Kendel at the front desk, who made sure everything was right. Also, room service and security (issue with safe) was timely and provided... More

If you are alone and handicapped, but not wheelchair bound, this venue is not for you. Hiking has to be one of your favorite activites -- or just staying in your room. Even then, the bathing experience requires you to climb into a high-walled tub -- but there are a lot of bars around the tub walls to help you... More

Had a wonderful stay. From the moment I was greeted in the parking lot and Keith helped with my bags, to the greeting and welcome at the front desk by Michael Fenwick, I knew it was going to be a great stay. Was there for a conference and needed a hospitality suite. Michael helped me get exactly what was needed... More
