Stayed at this hotel for a weekend event...we had a suite on the 20th floor...the suite was not the largest place I've ever stayed in but it was clean, well appointed and had a great view of the city. Although the hotel was reportedly sold out for the weekend it never felt so...the elevators where fast and hotel staff helpful....

Hotel is ok but the open lobby and bar when coupled with people milling around make for a loud noisy area with nowhere public to sit and relax. I would therefore question the 4* status?
