My family spent two days and three nights there. The employees were pleasant and nice. They accommodated a late arrival for us well. The rooms were quaint, but the AC needed some serious updating. The vent covers were broken on our unit and only pointed downward. We had to turn it off at night because of the rattling and because... More

We have stayed here several times over the past few years, but was really disappointed this time. We stayed in the Orchard Suites, which had been so enjoyable in the past. I had to go to the office to ask where the coffee pot was, was told "look in the dishwasher". Asked to have some regular coffee brought by, only... More

The hotel itself is charming however as there were no rooms in the main building we agreed to stay across the street but it was very disappointing. It is just a little dingy. The rug is ripped up and stained . There is no ice near by. You have to go across the street .Outdated and the TV is also.... More

We stayed at the Hotel Limpia just after Christmas 2013. When I made the reservation, the desk clerk quoted a price higher than the one on the website. He explained that the price was higher during the holidays - even though the website does not indicate that there will be a different rate. I asked for the rate on the... More

Pictures say a thousand words so I'll post some on here. Their other units seem to be quite nice but this place is a dump-especially for $100! I won't recommend Lympia West to anyone. On the up side the air conditioner looked to be pretty new

After staying the first night at The Indian Lodge, the Hotel Limpia West was a bit of a disappointment. The main hotel was booked when I made our reservation, so we were across the street at the "West." Our room door looked as if someone had broken into it...you had to jimmie it to open & close it; my husband... More

Beautiful hotel close to all the sights in the area and on the Main Street. It was clean and exactly what we needed to relax. The tv is tiny, but there is too much to do, so no need to watch it. The bistro next door has incredible food.

We spent a weekend in the Hotel Limpia January 10-12 of 2014 and it was the GREATEST weekend we've had in a long while!!! And Janice was and absolute DELIGHT!!!! We left feeling like we were leaving a dear friend! Since it was the "off season" we basically had the hotel to ourselves and it was AMAZING! It was like... More

We stayed in the main building, in a room facing front on the second floor. Everything (including the thermostat) worked perfectly. Clean, quiet, affordable. Our bathroom was beautiful! Staying in historic buildings usually requires some adjustment or sacrifice, but this one, NOT AT ALL. Everything (plumbing, TV, wifi, ice machine) was fully functioning, room was private and quiet, bed was... More

In contrast to the positive reviews that others wrote, my family and I had a poor experience in this hotel. This historic hotel definitely has some character to it, but the effort put forth by the people running it was surely lacking. We had room 31, which shares a thermostat with another room. Unfortunately, the thermostat was in the other... More
