First of all, we were so grateful that our dog was so graciously accepted! We stayed in the dog-friendly house next to Clementines, which was delightful! The bed was very comfortable, and we had a perfect kitchen, sitting room, and dining room at our disposal. Judith let us snoop at the upstairs rooms, with their amazing views of the Columbia,... We stayed in the RIverview Loft-I had a GREAT time running up & down the stairs-plus the inkeeper knew all about Australian Shepherds so I felt right at home and much loved! I am hoping my human companions will bring me back soon for a return visit. The view from the balcony was great-I could watch the street, the town... More

I knew going in that things are a little different at B&Bs, but this was ridiculous! No clock, no phone, no electrical outlets (unless you counted the one in the bathroom down the hall). The kitchen was dirty, and because of the smell, windows and doors were left open all night, making for a damp, 54 degree awakening the next... More

I visited Astoria for the Bicentennial weekend in August 2011. Judith was outstanding in her help before and during my visit and the B&B could not be better located in relation to the towns amazing features. We were one block from both the festival parade and the Goonies prison which is now the film musuem. I highly rate Judith's personality... More

my husband and I were travelling through the USA west coast and decided to stay in Astoria. Not only does this town have a ton of history the bed and breakfast also shares a rich history. Judith was very accomodating paying attention to all of my dietary needs as well as our comfort. She put on a fabulous breakfast and... More

Judith made us feel quite at home. We enjoyed the surroundings and were very pleased that we had chosen the Garden Room looking out over a garden area. We came and went as we pleased and Judith was available to answer all our questions about the area. More

My husband and I enjoyed a comfortable, cozy, and romantic time in the Moose Temple. We loved all of the special touches in the room, including fresh flowers and the convenience of a full kitchen. We felt welcomed and enjoyed a filling breakfast. Thanks for recommending the Maritime Museum and the restaurant reservations. Hope to visit again one day! More

We had no idea where we were going to stay when we arrived in astoria and i was NOT excited about having to ride uphill one more mile but we did and i was thrilled. Wonderful hostess, amazing garden, comfortable room, great breakfast-- I would love to stay there again. She has a great bowl collection too. More

Judith was very helpful dealing with my gluten free diet at breakfast. The common area promotes talking with other visitors--we even went to dinner with a group of other guests which was a first. More
