The rooms were great very clean and comfortable, they had a nice tub where you could take a bath and still look out the window of your view of the harbor, which my wife enjoyed. Just be careful with the fireplace it can get the room hot very quickly and we found it took a while to get it cooled... more

We were hosting a workshop on designing a customer experience and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The staff is THE BEST (I do these workshops all over the U.S. - SERIOUSLY - the BEST), the facility is amazing and the community is so supportive and fun. If I could sell my house today - I'd be... more

Several friends recommended this hotel, and I can see why. While a little on the pricey side, the view of the waterfront and the quality of the rooms is worth it. I brought my mother here for a mother/daughter weekend and we had such a lovely time. My mom especially liked that the room had binoculars and had fun watching... more

By the end of my stay I was calculating how much it would cost me to live there. The rooms are well designed and very comfortable with a gas fireplace, large windows overlooking the Columbia, and a bathroom my wife fell in love saying it reminded her of the bathroom at the Halekulani in Waikiki. The view of the bridge,... more

We love boutique hotels, and we LOVED this one. Our favorite part is that they couldn't do enough for you- wine and appetizers in the late afternoon, bikes to use, a car to chauffeur you, a wonderful breakfast- all included. Other boutique hotels can nickel and dime you, but this one rolled out the red carpet with no extra charges.... more

My Husband and I stayed at the Cannery Pier for our anniversary. We couldn't have chosen a more wonderful, romantic hotel anywhere in Oregon. From the moment you arrive, you are treated like royalty by their warm hearted, sweet staff who really cater to your every need. We were offered a glass of wine...three choices to chose from within 45... more

Was there on honeymoon and the hotel dressed our room with flower petals and champagne, on the house! Best views and best rooms in Astoria, bar none. EVERY room has a great view of the river. We fell asleep to the sight of passing barges and woke to the sound of seabirds. Staff were professional, free breakfast was the best... more

We loved the Cannery and will be going back there. I found the staff very helpful and friendly. The look and feel of the hotel was very nice. It was extremely peaceful and well-appointed. The room was lovely and the view was excellent. I did not find any problems with the sound-proofing of the rooms - we were, however, on... more

The river view is incredible. You can't get closer to the Columbia than this and be in comfort, unless you have a yacht. This is smaller hotel, wonderful staff, including the chauffeur who took us around town in a '46 Caddy Fleetwood. more
