We're so glad we decided to stay at the Hotel Elliot when we visited Astoria. It's an easy walk to all of Astoria's best attractions, and the hotel itself is full of character and beautifully renovated. We loved the comfortable bed, the heated tiles on the bathroom floor, and the fact that the windows opened to let in the fresh... More

This is the place to stay to enjoy the ambiance of this great little town. The rooms are small, but very well furnished. It is perfect for couples whatever age. We especially enjoyed taking our drinks to the rooftop and watching the sunset. Astoria is great to visit, and very interesting.

We stayed in the Hotel Elliott in May of 2015. We simply stayed overnight while traveling to California but wished we had stayed an extra day. The hotel is an old historic building that is in beautiful condition and sits in a historic downtown area. The rooms were very nice and beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms have been renovated and... More

Beautiful 32 room boutique hotel. King room was very spacious. Bathroom had heated/cooled tile. Continental Breakfast with eggs every morning included! Friendly staff, roof top patio. Complimentary Coffee, Water and Fruit set out in the lobby all day! I really have nothing bad to say about this hotel! I will certainly return! PERFECT location! The sunday street fair is literally... More

Simply the most comfortable and best place to stay in Astoria - it may be a little on the pricy side but it's soo worth it. The hotel likes to boast it's comfortable beds and it has the right to do so - also it's suite rooms are great if you are traveling with kids

Hotel Elliot was a great place to enjoy a few quiet days away from the city. I love historic buildings, and this hotel kept its historic charm while adding more modern comforts. The bed was extremely soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had a heated tile floor. The room was a little on the small side but what I would... More

We stayed here on our road trip down the pacific coast. The hotel is very good, an old hotel that has been beautifully kept with all the modern touches you'd expect but without losing any of its character. Located in downtown with on street parking, its in a great location and friendly staff made it a great stay

This is an older hotel, that had an interesting look to it. There is a terrace on the roof that looked like a fun place to kick back with a drink. There was not much insulation between the rooms, so it was a bit noisy. We happened to stay there on a Thursday evening and the trash truck ran early... More

We spent a night on our way from Portland to head down the coast. The hotel is in a great location with restaurants and shops in walking distance. The hotel was charming, although being an older hotel the room was tight. And what was supposed to be a queen bed seemed more like a double.

My wife and I stopped here for one night just for something to do. The hotel is small, but very well appointed. Built in 1923, it has been beautifully refurbished. Rooms are small, but very comfortable. Parking is on street or free lot next door only. Breakfast room was above average and very tasty and had a nice variety of... More

Thank you for all of your great comments about our hotel and our neighbor across the street. Astoria is a great town and filled with quality restaurants, shops and museums. One thing I did want to mention is that we do have air conditioning units that are portable. Being a historical hotel sometimes means working with an infrastructure from days... More
