The Elliott is lovely. This was our second time there. Sure, we initially chose it because we have a son named Elliott, but we came back a second time because it's so darn charming. It's a lovely mix of old and new, which is what we love. Our room (307) was really spacious and full of natural light. Nice modern... More

This downtown hotel has been renovated, but the old style of the property remains with hardwood floors in the lobby. There is a nice sitting area in front of the fireplace on one side and a wine bar/breakfast area on the other. We were in room 302, a corner room at the top of the stairs. Hotel Elliott's slogan is... More

Great small hotel in Center of town. Walk to everything or take the tram. As the sign says: Great beds! It was hot the day we arrived and they had a potable AC set up and running, worked well. Nice breakfast included , large assortment. Fantastic roof top deck, great views, nice landscape touches, and a fire pit too. Staff... More

My friend was getting married in Astoria. She suggested another hotel, which was closer, but I'm glad I stayed here. It was such a nice hotel. The room was great. The bed and pillows super comfortable. The bathroom floor was heated. I loved this aspect. There was a beautiful rooftop terrace. It had a fire pit on it as well... More

Astoria is a great little town -- great place for a weekend away. This hotel fit right into the town: old, lots of character. The rooms are small because the hotel used to be a hostel-style with only one bathroom per floor, until a major renovation about 15 years ago. But the beds are comfortable and the rooms are beautifully... More

Found this hotel last year after getting a dud on the Riverwalk and booked for this summer. Arrived to wonderful staff, super friendly and helpful. A great refurbished building with a wonderful room, a great rooftop patio and lovely wine bar. Breakfast offerings were super and the atmosphere to die for. In the hear of Astoria and two blocks off... More

Very nice rooms. Tasteful and well appointed with top notch amenities. Central location and the roof top terrace are a big plus. The only down side for us was the fact that our third floor room overlooked the roof of an industrial building and as a result we had compressors from the building's ac units going off all night. I... More

I was surprised. The exterior does not do justice to the fantastic interior. The rooms have bathrooms with jet tubs and a large shower. a separate living room like area with a sleeper couch was in our room and perfect for our kids. The location is outstanding in downtown right in the middle of all the action. The staff was... More

The hotel is beautifully restored. It is a shame that the building owner did not maintain a record of the restoration with before and after pictures, as that would have been interesting to see. We were assigned a corner room on the 4th floor next to the stairway. The king bed took up much of the space with limited room... More

The Hotel Elliott's advertisement of "Wonderful Beds" is somewhat true. The mattress and pillows were in fact wonderful, but the bed itself had wooden legs that arched out and caused both of us to stub our toes numerous times, probably because it took up so much of the room (#404). We finally got smart and placed a pair of sneakers... More
