It's an old Red Lion Inn. I think most every room has a nice view of the marina and all of the boats. It's a short walk to the boardwalk. Very fun watching the fishermen come in with their catch. Great place to go, they are very friendly and also pet friendly with reasonable rates. Not the best room in... More

I purchased the Groupon deal for 2 nights and because we had 5 people, we upgraded to the suite and had more room than we needed. It was basically two rooms with a connecting door. One side had 2 queen beds and a bathroom and the other side had 2 sets of queen bunk beds along with a sofa sleeper... More

There are lots of great things about this place. First, the location right over the water is spectacular! The gentle sound of the boats on the water is very enjoyable while sipping a glass if wine in the evening or drinking that first cup of coffee on the patio right off your room. Second, the staff really tries hard to... More

We stayed because of a Groupon deal for a one night stay for $60. The room is a little dated, but clean. The staff was friendly and positive. There were free DVD's to rent and bikes. We felt it was comfortable and a good experience.

we read some terrible reviews of the Riverwalk. I have to say our interactions with the staff were nothing but positive. Folks there were so helpful and kind. We had fresh made cookies upon our arrival, were able to check in a few hours before the time posted...and the room was awesome. We had the corner room on the marina,... More

We stayed in this hotel because of a Groupon deal for a one night stay for $60. The cons-shower is awful and bed does not provide a good nights sleep. The pros- Everyroom has a mini deck looking out on a boating dock (we loved this!) and the room was pretty spacious. So yes it was worth $60 a night... More

Great view from the room of the marina and bridge. Saw seal and spent some time watching from the balcony. Wifi took a little time to get going but was ok. Room was good. We had 2 rooms including bunk beds. Staff helpful for evening eating and in the morning were positive about my sons piano playing. Breakfastwas basic. Would... More

We tried staying at this hotel. We were pre-booked for two nights. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The woman at the front desk assured us there was no smoking in the rooms. There was someones hair in the bed when we pulled our sheets back. Every surface in this place was disgusting. The desk had cigarette ashes all over... More

If only I'd read the other reviews before booking there, I wouldn't have done it. What we found: * Property run down and shabby. * Service abominable. * Room smelly. * No pillows. * Three long trips to the office for service (trying to get some pillows) because phones don't work. * Checked out a day early because we couldn't... The web and pictures of Astoria Rivetwalk are terribly flattering to dank, dirty and poorly equipped facility. Day 1 arrival and the room is small, damp smelling and messy. There are permanent stains on the carpet and bathroom lino, and, no soap, shampoo etc. with two tiny towels. The Wi Fi actually worked bett across the parking lot by the... More
