My husband and I have stayed at the Asortia Riverwalk Inn twice now and we will definitely return. Both times we have stayed by using a Groupon and as long as they continue to offer the deal, we'll take it. Another great thing about this hotel is they allow pets for $10 a night. The view of the bridge is... More

Chose this property at the request of a family member, who stayed here several years prior. Property used to be a Red Lion, but today might be called Hillbilly Heaven. Room was dirty, paint chipped and peeling, dirty carpets, some wall tiles in shower were was missing, mold in shower, and windows were so dirty they were difficult to see... More

We were really happy with this hotel. The room was nice, spacious, quiet, and comfortable. It had a balcony with an awesome view of the river, the bridge, and the sunset. The water comes right up to the back of the hotel, so we could watch ducks swimming below right by our balcony. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We'll... More

First you must understand this is an older place but room was clean and the view from the deck was awesome. If you are looking for a place to stay that is clean and wont break the bank this is it. The have lots of extras at no cost to their guest breakfast, movies and bicycles.

We had a Groupon for the two nights stay. The rooms were smelly and outdated. The view was great, but not worth the other disappointments. Our key card stopped working after the first day and we had to go get a new one. When I complained that it was very inconvenient, the rude lady at the front desk told us... More

We had a groupon, so for $75 we got a family suite for our family of 5 (kids 11-15). The cool parts were the kids' room with bunk beds and a gaming system and the balcony over the pier. We were on the 1st floor and my 13 year old spent a lot of time with his fishing pole on... More

I purchased a Groupon for this hotel. The view is great but the hotel is a dump. The carpet in the dining area is all stained and everything is old and unkept. Astoria itself is a very nice town and is easy to walk around. There is also a trolley that only cost $1 that goes up and down the... More

Don't believe the reviews of clean rooms. This place was a mess and smelled like insecticide. Our room did look out over the harbor but the window was so dirty you couldn't see through it and there was no screen. The shower was a mess and the caulking looked like it was done by a 4 year old with silly... More

The building is a little run down but the room was very clean. The staff was pleasant and attentive. The rooms all look out on the marina which surprisingly was very quiet. It was great looking out the window and seeing the huge ships traveling up the river. It sits right next to a walkway that goes along the river... More

Overall, this is not a bad place to stay, particularly for a family on a budget. First, the pluses: The rooms all face a marina and the bridge across the Columbia River The rooms have a small balcony The beds are great, and there's a flat screen tv and wi-fi Bathroom and room itself is average, and clean. Soaps and... More
