Where do I begin...I stayed in this hotel for a week because my company had booked it cos its closed to where I had to visit for work. This was by far the worst hotel I've stayed in. I read the reviews and thought it couldn't be THAT bad but I would agree with most people now. Inattentive staff, dirty hallways, weird smell, hard bed, scuffed and broken furniture, and room keys from 1980 that barely worked - were a few things that I can mention. We stayed at ESA because we were in town for the GatorBowl. The location is very convenient but the hotel needs a makeover! The hallway rugs are stained, the bed linens are tattered.
