Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is located in downtown and within walking distance of Jacksonville Landing. Hotel was very clean.

I am a Hilton Diamond Member and this hotel did not have my reservation - they made no attempt to help me find another hilton familty property - very disappointed in the service

I've stayed here before. The motel sits in a large business park area and is just across the Main Street bridge from the downtown Jacksonville Landing complex. More spacious than most Hampton Inns. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Great breakfast. Quiet!

Stayed here for the first time recently. Rooms have been remodeled in the last couple months. New furniture and new TV's. The flat screen TV's are huge and have a high quality picture (something that is severely lacking at the Hyatt and Omni across the river). This hotel has an excellent location with easy access off the Interstate if you are driving, and it is right across from the Skyway, which is a free monorail shuttle that serves downtown. We were there for a Mary Kay Conference, and about 10 of us stayed here. They were so considerate about splitting the bill between each of us. The room was newly remodeled. The free breakfast was really good, and the staff were all so nice. We will certainly stay there again.

The staff is sooooo nice. The breakfast ladies and the front desk were exceptional. So friendly, made you feel welcomed! The room was really nice and clean! Southern hospitality at it's best!
