Be aware that the public areas and entire first floor of this hotel are under renovation. There are tools and equipment everywhere. Carpet and wallpaper are being ripped out and replaced. My husband and I stayed in a 1 bedroom suite for 3 nights. The bedroom has a quee size bed and the sfa opens into a queen bed. it was a pleasant stay at the Residents Inn in Jacksonville. This hotel is located in a quiet industrial/office park. Service is good -- except for the slow front desk clerks. Helpful and cooperative staff; very clean; pleasant atmosphere at breakfast and during "Happy Hour."
