This hotel was dirty and in poor condition. My initial room was dusty and the furniture was sticky. when I called downstairs, the staff insisted on bringing me a new key for another room. They never came! This is the worst Embassy suites I've ever seen.

I only stayed one night. we had our dog. they were very accomadating for us. the omaha steak house was a yummy din, waiter very nice. quiet room and hall way. i found a long black hair in bathroom! was very put off by that...everthing else was fine.
