Currently they are renovating this location and it needs it bad. From the noise from the construction workers, the dust, and they ever present fire alarms going off, it was difficult to enjoy our stay. We have stayed here quite a fewtimes in the past but after this experience I doubt if we will come back. Only postive is that... More

No amount of free breakfast or beer can make up for the cleanliness or shabby facilities of this hotel. This was at least my 10th stay here during the last 12 months, and it has progressively gotten worse. The "remodeling" seems to move at a snails pace, and the only impact I see is detours from the lobby and slower... More

Everything was done to the T. What more can I say? From the complimentary full breakfast bar with made to order omelets to the amenities like the pool and fitness center to the appetizer hour with complimentary drinks to the checkout were just one of the best experiences that I have had at a hotel. Keep up the good work!!!

The hotel is nice and clean. The lobby is beautiful and breath taking. The breakfast buffet is excellent-good choices of food. The room and bathrooms were clean, provided plenty of space for three people. You could close the door to the bedroom and someone else could sleep in the living quarters which included a pull out sofa bed.

Our family loves staying at Embassy Suites hotels as we travel. However, our recently night at this location left a lot to be desired. First, our late arrival (2am) apparently made check-in uncomfortable for the staff. I felt like an orphan banging on the shelter door to be allowed in. Then because of construction inside, we had to walk a... More

Great experience with Embassy Suites overall. Staff was courteous and was able to accommodate an early check-in without any issues. Would definitely recommend staying here, especially once renovations finish.

Not at all what you'd expect from an Embassy Suites hotel. Everything is disgusting. The rooms, the carpet, the pull out bed, the hotel smells, the evening snack is a big bowl of chips and dip with nothing to dip the chips out with except ones hand. Blah. The eggs at breakfast aren't even real I think they are a... More

Beware of theft from housekeepers. Personally had items not returned to me when checking out. Very unfortunate, and was not compensated for such. After several attempts from myself calling them with promises they would call me back, that never happened. And then charged a different rate than previously mentioned. Other than that the hotel was great, but if you cannot... More

The staff is nice, breakfast good, beds HORRIBLE. If your like me and the bed is most important, then stay away. I'm 118 lbs, my husband is 180 lbs and we barely fit in the bed. The beds are not queens. Felt like a twin bed. Moves like a water bed and squeaks like a bad spring. The bathroom door... More

This hotel is horrible. Don't go. The hotel smells. the food is horrible and there are bugs in the rooms. The rates are cheap and you see why and you will also see the quality of people that now go to this hotel.
