We stopped for one night only but very satisfied. Front desk extremely professional...just a bit impersonal and was sitted. But it is truly a good hotel and the service was good. Very cute family of racoons live in a huge oaktree by the woods...LOL...very clean property!

I appreciate your nice comments about the hotel. I am sorry that you found the desk a “bit impersonal”. I have shared your review with them and they appreciate the candid feedback. Our location is certainly in a very scenic area and you do get to see some of the local wild life. We are also in a location that... More

We stay at a lot of Courtyards. This one had renovated the lobby, which is great, but the rooms and bathrooms have only been partly renovated. I would recommend the full treatment. That said, we had a room overlooking the pool with a separate bedroom, which gave us a lot of elbow room. The furniture was new and very retro... More

Great location when visiting the Mayo Clinic. The staff at the hotel couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. Rooms were well appointed and very clean.

I stay here quite a bit because of the Mayo Clinic. While the hotel is not new, they did a great job in renovating it. The new lobby is very nice, however the new "Bistro" concept is not to my liking. The greatest thing this hotel has going for it, is their wonderful staff and exceptional service. THEY CARE! They... Most of the guests staying here are there for medical visits, mayor medical situations and the staff at the hotel know this. They are all as nice as the Mayo Clinic team members who are famous for. Lobby is new, rooms are ok, Bathrooms are sub-par and need a serious remodeling job. No bathtubs just showers. Stayed at a one... More

I don't know why priceline includes this hotel as beach area, it's pretty far from beach. But the location is quite, somewhat hard to find (even through GPS). Very clean sheets, carpet floor is clean. We got pretty good deal from priceline, otherwise will be pricey. Lots of restaurants to eat once you're out on the major road.

I purchased four nights at this hotel through Priceline for a total of $215.88 which included all taxes and fees. When I had discovered that this was the hotel which had accepted my Priceline offer and immediately went to tripadvisor and found quite a few not too flattering reviews mixed with some good ones, I was quite apprehensive about our... This hotel was not what we expected. Expensive and no benefits at all. Almost all hotels in US give complementary breakfast, this hotel no. It have a : "Bistro" so expensive that your could buy food for your family for the price of one. Room doors we stcked and very hard to close. Room has no safe box or microwave

Front desk staff fine--same styrofoam cup sitting on top of walkway light fixture(at side entrance to elevators)when we left as was there on check in---overpriced minimal quality restaurant reminded us of a mall "food court setting"--room o.k.---yes, there is a microwave available in the Market c-store area.only reason to return would be Mayo

Have stayed at the Courtyard Jacksonville Mayo Clinic over 20 days this year due to medical treatment at the Mayo Clinic. This Hotel has been a God send. The staff are nice, friendly and compassionite. Location could not be better as could walk across street to the Mayo Clinic and Hospital. Due to asthma attack early in the morning around... More
