Much the same from last year. The outside of the building is cleaner, but the facility remains underfunded. The pool is still closed. It remains overwhelmingly a long-term residency situation. The high grass and non-functioning sign indicates there is not much interest in attracting visitors. The staff remains very dedicated and tries hard to make people comfortable.

Every year we take a cruise. Our bus leaves from Jacksonville. This hotel goes above and beyond to assist us in anyways possible to make us comfortable. Rooms are extra clean. Staff is super courteous. It's like a home away from home.
