we stayed there for a high school reunion and it was very convenient to the Mall and the restaurant where the functions were located. the staff was very helpful.Just wish they had a king bed available. The price was excellent for the service and accommodations.breakfast was really good

“Anniversary Stay”

Extremely helpful staff with makeing anniversary stay a success. Recommended resturants, flowers and sights around city. Recommended close by resturant with an exceptional piano bar. Would stay again for shopping, close to beach, and easy access to St. Augustine.

“Homewood Suites Jacksonville Florida”

This is a great place in the middle of a modern and large outdoor mall in Jacksonville, with top end stores and wonderful dining options. The faculty is clean and well cared for, and the staff is pleasant, courtesy and welcoming. The suites are large and comfortable. A very good value for the price.

“Comfortable and UNF rate”

Very comfortable room, quiet and could not hear the folks next door. Staff was very polite and helpful. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance, including a Publix to buy food for your kitchenette. Has UNF rate available if you call. My only negative was the in room coffee, very weak.

“Quiet, clean and comfortable”

Great location at the st. Johns mall, no complaints! Quiet, clean and comfortable. The suite was enormous and made for comfortable sleeping arrangements. We used the pool on our last trip and it was very refreshing and fun. Shopping is first rate at the attached mall, there is something for everyone.

“Staff let me down”

Would have rated this excellent as accommodations were perfect; however the staff let me down when I jumped through all their hoops to get an early check needed because of traveling with 85 year old parents and when we arrived they did not have our room ready.

Never stayed at a Homewood Suites before. Was very happy with the accommodations. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable. There was even a fan over the bed! I would definitely consider them in the future!

“Amazing place to crash”
