“Comfortable and UNF rate”

Very comfortable room, quiet and could not hear the folks next door. Staff was very polite and helpful. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance, including a Publix to buy food for your kitchenette. Has UNF rate available if you call. My only negative was the in room coffee, very weak.

“Quiet, clean and comfortable”

Great location at the st. Johns mall, no complaints! Quiet, clean and comfortable. The suite was enormous and made for comfortable sleeping arrangements. We used the pool on our last trip and it was very refreshing and fun. Shopping is first rate at the attached mall, there is something for everyone.

“Staff let me down”

Would have rated this excellent as accommodations were perfect; however the staff let me down when I jumped through all their hoops to get an early check needed because of traveling with 85 year old parents and when we arrived they did not have our room ready.

Never stayed at a Homewood Suites before. Was very happy with the accommodations. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable. There was even a fan over the bed! I would definitely consider them in the future!

“Convenient, roomy stay in a well kept room.”

Like suite hotels for family trips. Located at rear of a major shopping and dining hub. Exceptionally convenient overall location, but a little trafficy through the shopping area to access hotel. Rooms well kept and spacious.

“Noisy Guest on upper floors”

People stomp in this hotel and I will not stay on anything other than top floor. Hotel staff member was cursing outside my window one morning...very rude! When I complained the girl was brought inside and she continues to work in the hotel.

The location and quality of this hotel are excellent. Breakfast, dinner and cocktails are included in the price, and the facilities are excellent. It doesn't hurt that it's located almost inside the largest mall in Florida, with great restaurants surrounding it.

Room (2 bedroom) was nice size and comfortable however we were disturbed by the people in the room above walking around until midnight The breakfast buffet was good and the staff very courteous Our room did not get cleaned (we were out from 9.30am-7pm), and the receptionist tried the "you must have left your do not disturb sign out" excuse... Stayed one night for a quick stay in Jacksonville and we loved it! Very clean and awesome staff! Check in was fast and easy! Housekeeping was great....they loved talking to my 2 year old. Bed slept great! The breakfast was really yummy and the guy who kept up with the breakfast area did a great job and was super nice!
