the hotel is located next to J.U. and the port of jacksonville easy to get to and get around , all the stuff you need located close by.. great stay and good rest at the hotel.. we will be back. walmart across the street lots of places to eat plus great breakfast too

We are hilton honors members, so when we travel by car we usually select a Hampton Inn or some Hilton Property. We like Hamptons because of the consistency of accommodations and service. Upon my arrival in Jacksonville, the weather was cold therefore the heat was on in the room. I'm not sure if that is why my room smelled of smoke or if the smell is embedded in the furniture/carpet. Room needed a good deep cleaning!

I love staying at Hampton but this hotel was definitely older. The outside looked nice but the rooms were dated and smelled like they were old. The mattresses arent the ones you get in the newer Hampton's.
